Fair price and location but some improvements are needed. Unexpected noises and nuisances happened.
Good location.
1. There was a lot of noise next to our apartment (on the right side of our apartment facing the building). The noise persisted until like 1am which basically disturbed our sleeps for the whole night. It was like a party noise with lots of people screaming and laughing out loud without considering people next to the them. Would suggest to remind the neighbour about noise. 2. When the building entrance door was closed by someone else, our flat would hear very loud noise with the whole flat shaking given our proxmity with the entrance door. It is quite unbearable. 3. We thought there are two rooms in the apartment given that it’s the family suite but ending up we were quite disappointed this is just a big room with two big beds inside without two separate rooms. I think we got confused by the photos listed in this apartment which would have different types of rooms. 4. It’s difficult to locate the rear garage parking. 5. Would be helpful to show some instructions in how to turn on/off the radiator. The customer service hotline was helpful to provide the instruction upon our calling but it should have been indicated upfront such that we know how to operate by our own.

Great place to stay
Yet another fantastic stay! different apartment but just as comfortable, fantastic view, well equipped and clean. Quiet location but easy access to shops eateries, trams and buses. parking to front and rear of property.

It was difficult to find the way to the flat which is located on the basement. A direction board would be helpful.

Ideal location tram stop across road and bus stop. Shops round corner in red bank road. Eating establishments also large
Comfortable clean all you needed for a break. Very warm in apartment.

Amazing, perfect 10/10
The price the amenities the central heating was incredible the shower was powerful the beds were so comfy I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be using this Accommadation again
The WiFi was abit slow and also you have the Netflix app but no account on there you should get a Netflix account for that building as guests can no longer sign in with their own anymore

Fantastic place to stay on business with proactive staff.
This was a great place to stay for work. It was close to the sea front, and the place had plenty of parking with 2 at the front, 1 at the back, and a small carpark at the back. The room was a nice size, good heating system, good wifi, kitchen kitted out and decent amount of space. I didn't have a hairdryer in the room, but the staff were very responsive and left one outside the next day.
The doors outside make a lot of noise if not closed carefully, I would recommend installing soft door close systems. Not difficult to do, cost effective but everyone will appreciate it. The only other thing was the bed, the springs in the bed were sticking out quite a bit resulting in not the best sleep. I did manage to find a spot that worked but not the best.

Wonderfully stay
Very clean, situated in the quieter end of Blackpool, Big Tvs, comfortable beds, everything you need, we have stayed 4 times now and we have never had a problem. Just over road from the tram stop.
There is honestly nothing I can complain about
