35 min walk from broadway (main bar strip) but plenty close to many other restaurants, bars, and shopping. Very much enjoyed our stay. Parking under ramp was easy even with our pick up.

This property was clean and very nice. There were no surprises. We walked were we needed to go most of the time. We did get a $6 Uber ride to The Ryman. Great music and great time.

A nice and clean property.

Property is a cute little one bedroom condo that was perfect for me and my husband. We had easy access to all the main tourist sites and could walk to many.

The condo was just as advertised. It was very clean and decorated in a Country Music theme. The immediate surrounding area was a little sketchy, but it was within walking distance to many activities and sites. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

The history of the building is super cool!! Very clean and nice inside.

This was a great place for us group of girls, the location was decent. There were a few nights you could hear live music from a bar down the street late into the evening, but the walk wasn’t too bad to downtown areas and Ubers were well priced for us. The couch was nice to sleep on and the bathroom was HUGE! Great for 3 of us getting ready at the same time. We loved having the washer & dryer as well! Overall we enjoyed our stay in Nashville!

Very happy with our stay here. Location was perfect for us. Condo was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again. Uber to Broadway is under $10. There are nice bars and restaurants close by that we enjoyed, but then we also took Uber rides to Broadway. Best of both worlds here.

Good location, great communication.

Nice place within 1 mile of the gulch and downtown Nashville. We were able to walk the distance, but a little closer would have been nicer, but the walk was easy and traffic was not too bad to walk. Overall nice place to stay and plenty of places to eat and go for a drink nearby within 1/2 mile.

The condo was in excellent condition just like pictures! Check in was easy with Carlos sending us info beforehand. Also, free parking was a plus. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Just a couple minute walk to bars on music row. Took 20-25 minutes to walk downtown to Broadway but worth it! We would definitely stay there again!!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here, very convenient location to Nashville sights and sounds, Vanderbilt U., Music Row, and Gulch. Condo was very clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the ability to walk and have covered parking for our vehicle. Excellent communication with owner before, during and after our stay. Definitely recommend!

The condo was actually as described. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Minor mechanical issues, but the property owners were very responsive getting the issue resolved.

This property is in a perfect location whether you want to walk or Uber to Broadway, it’s easy access. The email that Carlos sends out prior to your stay is very informative/helpful. He states that he does not provide shampoo or conditioners, but during our visit 5/23 there was plenty left over. We have absolutely nothing negative to say. Thanks Carlos!

Stayed here for a long weekend while visiting our daughter at Vanderbilt. It was a 5 minute walk to her apartment. Walked almost everywhere the whole weekend. Apartment was very clean and comfy. Enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time visiting. The condo was clean, well stocked, and in a great location.

My boyfriend and I had a great 4 day weekend, celebrating my birthday! This condo is a short walk to a few restaurants and bars. It’s about 6-7 minutes if you take an Uber. The condo was really nice and clean. The only recommendation is getting another mattress for the bed. There were some indentations from it being worn down. Otherwise, it was a perfect place and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

This was our 1st time to Nashville, but definitely won’t be our last. My husband and I loved this property!! We loved the location it was at and how cozy it was! It was super easy to get in and out of the building and plenty of places in walking distance !

Just as pictured!! Beautiful condo. Very clean. Very quiet. Everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Great location!! Within a block walking distance to local bars if you just want to stay in the neighborhood. Short Uber ride to Broadway if you want to go out with the crowds. Pool looked great! We will have to come back and try it out in the summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo! It was clean and bright and is in the perfect location! We were sad to see the guitar shaped pool was green, although we’re aware this is not the fault of our hosts. I’m definitely hoping to book this property in the future.

Location, location, location !!! This condo is in the best area. Close to bars, restaurants, grocery - easy access to downtown, interstates etc. condo is 100% as described & the owners are amazing to deal with. Every time I messaged with questions - they answered right away & gave tons of information & things to do. Recommend 100% to other travellers & will definitely be back !!! The place was a perfect location to both Mid-town which is walking distance and Broadway street which is a short scooter drive away, so you had the best of both places at your reach. The condo is well kept and the theme is music, from the old vinyl hanging on the wall to the guitar in the living room. Comfortable bed and overall a very relaxing place if you just want to take time off and relax and don't forget the guitar shaped pool! We had no issues and everything went as planned. interestingly enough I overheard a tour group passing by the building and the guide mentioned that Elvis use to stay in the same building when he would come and record at the RCA studios. I thought that was so cool! Any way, anyone who stays here will definitely not regret doing so. If my future plans involve Nashville, I would stay here again, for sure. Thank you Carlos, nice place!
