Location was very nice, right opposite the beach.
Poor bathroom quality- the floor was coming apart and the lock in the ensuite bathroom broke. The fridge in the kitchen also didn’t work.

Staying here was great , the man (sorry I can’t remember the name ) was there and showed us to our room . We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which was brilliant for a family of 5 . We had a travel cot with us for our baby and there was plenty of room for it . Our kids loved having there own rooms . It was quite clean . The location is great , we had a sea view . It was a good temperature not to hot or cold in the apartment .
We were very happy with our stay and would go back there again
It’s not a didn't like it’s more personal preference , I found the mattress in the living room part very hard to sleep on as I could feel every spring . The other two double beds had a lot better mattresses on

If you have kids then this place is perfect . Hospitable,friendly and very easygoing.
Whats not to like. They are allways fantastic , really can not fault them one bit. We wouldnt stay anywhere else

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like the property was clean bedding was fresh, it was the perfect stay. can’t wait to back in October

free parking was a bonus the size of the apartment was very impressive also added extras like ironing board and iron available were really handy towels and plenty of towels too.
Cold tap in one of the bathrooms didn’t work.

this place is allways spot on . the owners are really welcoming, very down to earth, easy going people. they have a young lad so they understand what kids are like and they make your whole family feel very welcome. great comfy beds, nice and clean and value for money. we have been back allready and will return again on our next blackpool trip. thanks guys and c u again soon x

Very big apartment. Great location. Everything close that you need.
Cleaning could have been at a better standard. Also room above us was up partying till 3am and kept us and the kids up.

Really Friendly owners, good location, perfect family room for our short stay. Comfy clean beds, working TV, table to sit and eat at if wanted. Hot shower. Better than I expected.
Would of liked a sea view but that cant be helped as family room was at the back of the property.

The rooms were tired and shabby need re decorating. The shower was awful with no water pressure for hot water.

Owner was on hand to meet us on arrival.
Easy check in and rooms all ready for our arrival.
Lovely rooms had all we needed for our stay and the view from all the bedrooms windows were amazing.
Owners were very friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Blackpool.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect as the beach was across the road and shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Will definitely book again. Kids loved it

Was greeted by the owners of the property and shown our room and how to get in and out of the building.
They offered to help with our bags too but we had enough hands to cover everything.
Amazing owners so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble!
The apartment we stayed in was fantastic and so spacious the kids had loads of room and loved the long hallway.
Kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless! We were very impressed and will definitely be back again.
