The Broadway Hotel - London Heathrow

The location is probably the biggest advantage of this hotel. It’s right in the centre of Southall, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops and transport options within a few minutes’ walk. Very handy if you’re visiting the area or travelling to Heathrow. I got offered an upgrade at a small cost which I took. My room had all the essentials, including tea and coffee, toiletries, toothbrushes and slippers. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were approachable whenever I needed anything. Parking isn’t directly outside the hotel, but there are options nearby and reception can help direct you, which makes things easier if you’re unfamiliar with the area. It’s a busy high street, so naturally there’s quite a lot going on outside. From my previous stay, I had noticed that the hotel has taken steps to reduce the noise through improved windows, which is worth knowing if you’re concerned about staying somewhere central. There’s also a manned reception throughout the night rather than just an unattended entrance, which is reassuring. Overall, it’s a practical and welcoming place to stay, particularly if you want to be close to everything Southall has to offer.

Very convenient location for shopping and eating in the Indian area of Southall. The value for money is good. Near to the Sikh gurdwara. The hotel staff were very helpful. They (Honey) carried our baggage up and again when we left. The room and bathroom had been renovated recently.

No elevator (stairs only) makes it difficult for seniors or persons with disabilities. The bed was crammed up against the window.
