The placing, literally few step from the beach.

The house was moldy. We are allergic to mold and the house was full of it (you cant see it, but every room which had furniture has flooded the smell). The sink in the bathroom was blocked (we thought, even the housekeeper didnt know how it work), we solved it after 2 days. We got a dehumidifier after we asked to do something with the humidity and smell (after 3 days). We couldnt use the a/c because they was dusty and moldy too. We kept the the windows open every night, which was good enough but very cold.

The welcome pack was very nice. The house is well equipped and has air-conditioning and a washing machine. Parking is easy.

The price has increased considerably since last year. We saw a cockroach in the kitchen.

Location is great, a good place to explore the western part of the island. Nice welcome package with local food and wine. Very clean, big and well equipped house.

Nothing bad to say.

We were met at the property by Mariana, who was helpful and informative. The welcome pack included wine, a liqueur and food. Parking at the property couldn't have been easier and the beach is only a few metres away. Everyone we met in the village was very friendly, and there is a small supermarket a short walk from the house, and at least one good restaurant - the Restaurante Ilhéu. There is also a van selling coffee and excellent burgers next to the beach.

The bathroom was the only room in the house without heating and was a little cool in March.

Dishwasher was not working, quickly fixed after announced to service Dryer machine is not available even it is mention in equipment (drayer holder is available)
