Great location
Double bathroom
Kitchen was neat
Couch and cushions where really gross
Floor was very squeaky and old
Dishwasher lid was broken off so the dishes weren’t really cleaned

Faltou uma cama e roupa de cama para uma das crianças. Desta forma, a criança maior acabou dormindo no berço solicitado para o bebê, e o bebê dormiu com os pais na cama de casal, mas pelo valor pago deveria ter estado tudo em ordem.

The location
Poor facilities, lack of utensils, air con was filthy, lack of toilet roll for a family of four, Fixtures and fittings broken, beetles in the bedroom, internet wouldn’t hold for a programme, no English equivalent on tv options, poor standards of finish throughout the apartment and not maintained. Felt like being in squalor.

This property is extremely well located. The size of the apartment is impressive, considering the location. Everything is included in the apartment. Easy communication with the landlord. No issues. Definitely recommend this place. If we go back to Paris, will book there again.
Wifi is very weak. Must stay in the living room. Did not really mind as we were not in the apartment for long.

Our family of 5 stayed in a 2 bed apartment in a building with good security. Good facilities such as 2 x showers, wifi, air con units, washing machine, dishwasher with ample towels provided for.all the family. Fantastic location with easy walking distance from the main sites. Metro station closeby if needed, and taxi rank across the road. Would have no problem recommending this property.
Only a few minor issues with the apartment- a curtain rail coming away from the wall in the twin bedroom, and I would recommend some extra glasses to accommodate 5-6 people. Neither of which would prevent us from returning.

Close to top attractions and no more.
Property is poorly maintained. Shower is so low you have to bend down to shower your hair. Faucets are even not fixed so if you use it it literally sways left and right. Air conditioning was a mess you really have to crank open the windows so the hot exhaust can go out. It’s only a portable air conditioner. Curtain drapes won’t cover the entire window. I understand it’s an old building but it’s not an excuse not to maintain it or at least be honest about it and let the customers know. It is not right not to disclose all these to customers. The stay was horrible.

Very nice and safe naberhood, very close to Chams Elysees. Very good restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds.
Quite a few things in the apartment would need maintenance. The kitchen leaves much to be desired, there are pharaoh ants there!. And at least the corkscrew could be functional :)

Location is unmatched. Value for money is great
It was very hard to get into the apartment. I had to enter a code, then NFC key, then a code again, and take the stairs up because the lift does not go to our apartment.

the property is in a fantastic location to all tourist destinations. it was clean and host helpful when short of cups and pillows
The apartment could do with some decor updating and was a pain moving table each night to pull out sofa bed. would be better suited to 4 not 6 people.

the bathrooms were so small and there is only one toilets and it was soooo small.
and the arrangement of the apartment is such a mess.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working, waited 2+ hours to check in, bathroom light wasn’t working, only 1 roll of toilet roll for 5 people for 3 nights, no soap, some images weren’t the same as the house itself

excellent location. easy self checkin . comfy beds clean . secure building. well equipped kitchen . good tv.
most of photos on bookings . com we’re of another apartment. apart 4 isn’t reflected in most of the photos. this is misleading as is wasn’t as big as the other apt in the photos and not as modern . toilet was extremely small.

The location was fantastic, on the street with the designer stores and very easy to get to main attractions by foot. The host was very good with instructions for checking in and handled any queries quickly. They permitted us to leave our bags there from 2pm until we could check in after 4pm which was appreciated. There was also a lift which was a bonus and good price for being central in a central location.
The apartment is not the one advertised in the images and not anything like it. It served us well with location but it was not big enough for 5 people at all and was very dated. The sofa bed in the living room would not pull out unless you moved the table, blocking the door to the bedroom and shower room. The sofa bed actually broke as soon as it was sat on as the slats fell out and looked like it had happened before. The apartment wasn't dirty but there was a high level of dust in areas and the heaters and plug sockets were hanging off.

It is very good located and the entrance was easy with the indication given.
The water of the shower and from the sink didn’t go down. we had to take it out with buckets. the doors don’t close well.

the location is excellent
the bathroom is in very, very poor condition. the drain in the shower doesn’t work, the shower screen is very old with rust. the separate toilet room is dirty and it has no hook for a hand towel or any place for the toilet roll. it has no mirror. both the shower room and toilet room door handles don’t work so the doors don’t close properly. the kitchen microwave and fridge need replacing. very old. many of the cups and plates were very chipped and there was only one water glass and one wine glass. it was very odd.

The location was spectacular! Any direction you walked was gorgeous and led you to historic monuments.

We loved everything in the house only there was no HandSoap in bathrooms also in toilet. out of this all was very good :)
there shouls be more towel and also handsopan in bathrooms&toilet

the location was great. the sleeping arrangements were excellent for a small
group
the manager could be more responsive. the place was clean but not very high end. just the basics, which is all we needed. but if you’re looking for high class refined accommodations, not here.

And the internet wouldn’t work, the wifi code didn’t show up to be able to connect
