Excellent location, between some good bars and very close to the centre of city.

Hotel is a little tired looking.

Very helpful and kind staff. Also very central hotel.

The pillows were very hard and there wasn’t any shower curtains so the bathroom became very wet after showering.

Very nice staffs. Clean and comfortable room. Great hot water for shower!

Not much apart from the location.

The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was shabby, with plaster falling off the wall and a missing skirting board. I had to buy my own hand soap. The air conditioning leaked and dripped all night and the shower broke. One member of staff was helpful and sympathetic, but the other was not. I moved out and went elsewhere.

AWFUL STAYING. Couldn't sleep the whole night because of the sound of the electric cables coming from the walls and the noisy guests. Windows don't shut the sound from the noisy street at all. Shower was not draining, causing awful smell and flies all over the room. Could even notice that previous guests killed some of them with a shoe against the wall. No facility at all, there was barely toilet paper. Dirty floor and someone else's hair on the bed. Very uncomfortable pillows and small room.

- there was a fight or some sort of chaotic ruckus all night until 5am - check-in stated at 15.30 was false. room only ready at 18h - more of a 0 or 1-star place -dirty, disgusting room

The location is incredible, the window beautiful and you could see that they tried to renovate it nicely at some point. Staff is very helpful and nice.

Photos looked very different than the actual place. The place was pretty run down, the hallway looked like a stage for a shady hotel in a hollywood movie

Hotel is located well to the city centre. Check in very easy. Price really is for location

Pictures not a true representation, bathroom fittings falling off the walls, air con would turn on but didn’t give out any air.

I never received a shower towel and my room has never been cleaned-up. So I had to used my sheets as a towel and sleep with nothing but the mattress. This is absolutely unacceptable, disgusting and disrespectful.
