Clean and well equipped, you’ll find everything you need at this location (we even found beach toys for the kids and icecream in the fridge). Walking distance from the center, where you can find restaurants, shops and pharmacy. Every evening they close the center streets and there is some kind of local fair. A small but well-maintened garden. Also I recomand taking the boat trip the host recomands, best day in Sardinia.

Just some recomandation: some wine glasses would be a nice touch. Also for longer stays we’ve have could use some extra towels.

I can recommend this place to everybody. It feels like a warm welcome by Gianni and his wife. The place is clean, has a wonderful porch and off course the lawn, really nice when it is warm. To sum up some of the advantages of staying here: • The fridge is stuffed with water and beer, wonderful when you arrive! • There is enough in the cupboards for the first pick, salt pepper, sugar, coffee , pastas etc etc. • A nice welcome is also the Sardinian pastries that are offered. • The house is full of modernity’s; an electric hoover, Alexia, a rain system in the garden and off course air conditioning. • The car can be parked in a safe place near the house. • It is a short 5 minute walk to all the shops, cafes and restaurants. • The beach can be reached by car in 5 minutes or, if you prefer, a 15 minute walk. All in all, highly recommended!!

One word: brilliant. My wife, 3 year old daughter and I stayed for a week in late September and found it extremely comfortable. The house is easy to find and only a 25 minute drive from Olbia airport. We were met by our host on arrival, who gave us a present of some delicious local cakes and gave us a comprehensive guide to the local area. The house is a spacious and quiet holiday house with 2 double rooms and a third bedroom with a double bunkbed for children and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals for our daughter - we found we had plenty of room, even when it rained one day and we spent much of it inside. There are nice thoughtful touches like barriers to put up to stop little children rolling out of bed. There is a large fenced lawned garden outside which is great for small children to run around in and there is a BBQ there too + outside table. The house is a 5 minute walk into the town where there is a large variety of restaurants and small local shops. We didn't have a bad meal whilst we were there. We made daily use of the local Gelateria (plenty to choose from), and there is a really nice children's playground opposite the house with lots of swings and slides etc if your children need to burn off more energy. The house is a 10-15 minute walk to La Cinta beach or a short drive to a variety of other beautiful beaches. There is also an outdoor shower if you come back from the beach covered in sand and don't wish to traipse it into the house. There are 2 bikes available to use if you wish. Gianni is a great host and very helpful and communicative - any queries we had were answered very quickly and he was very happy to communicate in English. The handover at the end of the holiday was simple and painfree.

Nothing. I'm forced by Booking.com to put multiple sentences in this space, but really, we couldn't fault this house or our stay there.

The location is perfect, 15 minutes by foot to La Cinta Beach, 5 minutes into town. The apartment is spacious, with a nice, well-equipped kitchen for everyone to sit in or a terrace area under the eaves right outside the kitchen door.

I have no complaints.
