It’s really nice, clean and quite spacious apartment in brilliant localisation. If you want to spend time in the middle of Kerkyra old town it’s perfect! It can be hard if you have car, because you can not ride and park around this area. Near the apartment is quite nice trattoria, where you can eat typical greek food and drink homemade wine. It’s very close to the seaside and all attractions. It’s quite hard to get this place, cause it’s a bit hidden in very small corner, but Kostas - the owner is helpful and it’s not a big problem to get the place. Remember to ask about turning on the water heater! Unless you like cold shower ;)

The apartment is situated in the very heart of the Old Town, so it's extremely comfortable if you want to go sightseeing. The photos reflect the object correctly. It is clean and cozy. We stayed for only a couple of nights. And the facilities which we used were enough to spend this time in Kerkira. The host Kostas was very kind to us from the very beginning of our communication. He organised a taxi for us, we didn't cook food but we had very good breakfast in the cafe downstairs the apartment. Kostas was always online to answer all the needed questions (even after midnight, when we came), we even got olive oil as souvenirs which was unexpected but very pleasant.

Advice: Better don't come with huge luggage cause it will be inconvenient too much to get it upstairs into the apartment through the narrow corridor. There is not any lift inside the building cause it is the Old Town.

It was like being in a Greek home and right in the centre of old town, had lots of home comforts like TV, washer, cooker etc . There was water and salad vegetables left for us and condiments. Supermarket, bakery, and fruit and veg shops nearby. The area has a lovely traditional atmosphere and your in the mist of lots of small friendly shops and tavernas all around the area. The Taverna next door was lovely, the food was good and we were made to feel very welcome. Property is next to Church, loved hearing the bells calling people to church at the weekend and seeing people lighting candles, it’s only a short walk to a marina, to Port, Old and New Fortress and small swimming/ beach areas. Old town merges into the New Town so a nice mix of shops and places to go. Taxis rank only a minutes walk away and 10mins from airport. We had a lovely 9 days and would definitely stay again.

Corridor smelled of cigarette smoke outside, but we are non smokers so not use to it. Bath a bit dated no plug so could only used the shower.

Nice old appartement in the city center. Clean, with everything you need. The host left water bottles and wine and some fruits and vegetables for us. Very easy communication even though we arrived at midnight..

There is no air-conditioning, which would be OK if we could keep the window open, but there was noise outside and hot inside (mid August)...

The apartment is just a usual flat on the upper floor in an historic building right in the Old Town near the cathedral. Down there is a casual little restaurant but this doesn’t bother a lot with noise or anything. Not as perfect as a hotel, much things are basic or casual this place has a very homey feeling. You can feel like a resident of this quarter. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Complimentary coffee, tea, spices, oil & vinegar, as pasta and rice. Lots of kitchen equipment so you really cook yourself a fine meal. Clean bathroom with bath tub and even a laundry machine. I felt very good in this place,

There was a kind of a mess in booking the place. Just 10 min after I booked the owner messaged me the place wouldn’t be available. After some phone calls and as booking.com insisted it was finally ready to receive me. Didn’t see the owner often, who was a friendly chatable person.
