Roman Nights

The hotel was very clean, they were making the beds every morning and changing the towels. The location was great- very comunicative neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shops and perfect for walking to touristic areas. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, we were also leaving our luggage in the hotel before the check out. The rooms were bright and nice, not very big but enough for a great stay. I really enjoyed the entrance of the building and the small garden in it.

Location was great. Walk to most attractions. Had a lift for luggage. Very clean.

The room and bathroom were quite small, so may not suit larger people or people with mobility impairments. Recommend to Let staff know of any impairments so they can advise.

Great location, close by the termini station, easy walking distance to most attractions. Very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, also complimentary sweet croissants in the room was a nice touch

The hotel is very well situated with a lot of transport options like buses, metro and train. The staff was really nice and the room was clean every day which was great! We also had no issues regarding the wifi.

I think the room was a lot smaller than it seemed in the pictures and it was definitely not soundproof as advertised. We could perfectly hear the people next to us in the other bedrooms, we could hear cleaning in the morning, etc, which greatly impacted our sleep quality. We left our bags at the reception on our last day to enjoy a few hours before our departure and when we came back my bag was not properly closed and the combination code was different... I'm not sure what happened and I shrugged it off as my mistake but the combination code definitely changed and I managed to open it later with a youtube tutorial. Nothing seemed to be stolen but it wasn't great to think my bag was tampered with.
