The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The ski hire was easy. Kitchen in the room was good as was the washingmachine/dryer.

服务很好!滑雪非常方便,可以租赁雪板
离便利店有点远,吃水果和买东西要搭班车去镇上买

Best for first time skier with the magic carpet
Food choice is limited but still acceptable

Ski and out resort with valet
Away from city center but it’s ok
8.0
The staff were amazing, the room was glorious, spacious with everything you need for a great time at the snow and able to cater for a family. The washing machine was excellent and the provided laundry detergent an added benefit. The onsen experience was relaxed and the ski valet brilliant. Close to the carpet for quick access to the slopes.
The logistics of getting out of the hotel were a little isolating, a shuttle bus that comes every hour... And trying to book a taxi 2 hours in advance but zero availability. It wasn't until the last day we figured out how to navigate the slopes to get to Niseko Yo. The bistro food was a little undesirable. The price for what you were getting wasn't aligned. Bring your own staple itens if you can, or you can order a grocery shop on simples items for a delivery fee of ~$40

Stylish and spacious room.
Cleaning service is only once during our 5 day stay. Need to pay if you extra Cleaning. Breakfast is small, lack of choice.
6.0
Convenience location
Reception staff and lack of communication. No response to phone call.
10.0
Clean, well-equipped. Friendly & helpful staff who helped with snowboard lesson booking and equipment rental.
Could have more variety for lunch & dinner.
8.0
The service was excellent, and the hotel is brand new , the rooms are perfect
No restaurant in the hotel. I would have loved to be able to have dinner with the kids in the hotel.

Breakfast - Minimal but delicious
Room - Big, Western Standard Size for 2 Bedroom, Kitchen is fully stocked, Dish Soap and Laundry Detergent are provided.
Location - Is good for Skiing/Winter Activities
Staff - Very Friendly.
Location - Far from Center, About 15 Minutes by Shuttle (Free), No restaurants on-site. You will walk 20-30 minutes to go to Hirafu Welcome Center (Not Recommended for Winter because the sidewalks are covered with snow and ice). We spent 3000 to 3,500 Yen for 1 Taxi (Oneway) from Hirafu Welcome Center to the hotel.
Shuttle - Infrequent. There is no shuttle during lunch times - only 2-3 in the Morning and 4 in the Afternoon (starts at 4 pm). Inconvenient schedule, they don't come at every hour. Sometimes every 1.5 hours (excluding lunch time)
Restaurants/Convenience Store - None

big rooms and clean
below average buffet breakfast for a hotel of this price, extremely disappointed. she. asked for the fruit to be replenished we were told no more. we paid $800 night and the buffet was pitiful!

Not many choices for breakfast, not worth the money, would recommend to make your own breakfast.
A few more shuttle buses will be more convenient.
And a restaurant in the hotel please!
10.0
Location was fantastic (effectively ski-in/ski-out), the hotel was very new and rooms were very well appointed
Lack of on-site dining options - either had to order off a room service menu or cook in-room. Nearest restaurant would require going out of the hotel.
10.0
Modern and luxurious.
Large rooms with all comfort.
excellent position.
The breakfast is very small and expensive.
The cleaning service is every other day.

rooms were great and staff were helpful
very little support service…very little food available on-site and what there was was poor. This wouldn’t be so bad if you could go out for food…but you can’t. No taxi and shuttle service 2.5 hours apart…buses crammed like sardines. Transport seemed to be really problematic for Niseko in general.
3.0
The rooms are spacious and well equipped
Although the hotel is near the skipiste, the ski rental shop was not open yet and the restaurant only offered take away food which was tasteless. You MUST arrive with your own car as public transportation is limited and walking to other places is far. Also after 21.30 no public transportation is available and there are only limited amount of taxis available
10.0
breakfast was overpriced for the spread offered.

good rooms

The wide living room with large windows, we can see this gorgeous snow view from room. Onsen is located in convenient location, love it! The staffs are super helpful and friendly, especially thanks Novita for the big help on our transportation.
Nothing. We had the most enjoyable time here.

The property is located in a quiet & peaceful area 10 mins away from the busy Hirafu Center. Free shuttle bus connect the 2 areas. Ski in & out plus onsen facility. You can load up your fridge with their food truck service every Wed & Sat and they provide grocery delivery service as well. Very thoughtful 😄

It is a quiet space but totally accessible to Greenleaf spa and convenient store if you need anything. Shuttle service to bring you everywhere so you won’t go hungry and excellent staff to help you with directions a, restaurant or spa bookings.
Conveniently located to the skiing area within Greenleaf or take a quick hop to half moon lake for your hikes.
