The location is great, in amongst it but not too noisy. Fantastic newly renovated and spacious apartment. Close to Metro, cafes, Sacre Coeur, supermarkets etc. Very well set up and equipped kitchen.

The television didn't allow you to log in to Netflix and the English speaking channels were playing up. The staff did their best to fix the issue but it required a reboot which didn't happen whilst we were there. One night (11pm) the access door to get to our floor was locked and we didn't have a code and the emergency contact number was off. Luckily another person staying there (who was also locked out) was able to contact a family member to come and let us in or we would have had to sleep in the lobby. The staff gave us the code to the door (a fire door which isn't usually shut) the next day and promised to address this oversight for future visitors. Both of these issues can and likely will be resolved so don't let it put you off.

The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions nearby and within walking distance to all of the popular attractions in Paris. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying at Montmartre Residence and we will return again.

Everything was perfect!

The location was fantastic. It was very clean & the staff where very welcoming.

Nothing

Loved that there was air conditioning and it was spacious

The washing machine should have come with more instructions and detergent. The power in the bathroom also went out of you had certain other lights on in the apartment.
