Wir haben dieses Haus im Jahr 2017 komplett umgebaut und es so gestaltet, dass es die ultimative Ferienwohnung ist. This is our second stay in this beautiful home and it was just as wonderful as the first time. What this house has that we love is every room has it’s own bathroom and a view of the lake. It has a huge refrigerator and freezer to accommodate a weeks worth of food for a large group. It has 2 long tables so everyone has a seat and an ice maker that has crunchy ice (a family favorite). 2 large washer and dryers is also a plus! There were just a few issues with the hot tub and breaker, but the house manager was on it within minutes. It’s a wonderful place to stay and make memories.

Manager came over quickly when we had an issue.
Directions as how to run tv would have been helpful. We were surprised when cleaners still there at 5:10 and that cleaning tools left in kitchen. But the nicest VRBO any of the 9 of had ever stayed in!

This house was incredible. Enough room for everyone to have separate space and a huge communal space so that our entire extended family could eat meals together. Easy indoor-outdoor access and we especially loved the pool and the boat dock. The property is located on a nice part of the lake.Everything was clean and the supplies were plentiful. Seth and the team were a delight to work with. We would 100% stay here again!

The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect for six couples. Every bedroom had a wonderful view. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for cooking for a crowd. The area is very beautiful and felt quite safe. The pool and grounds were great for outside gatherings and evening sunset watching. The manager was most kind and all the information needed to have a great stay was provided. We had lots of fun at the casino and shopping down town Hot Springs. It was pretty hot so we spent lots of time in the pool. This is our second time renting from this group and we will definately be back!

First of all, we were not prepared for the extreme humidity in Arkansas. Holy heck. With that being said, this house was the most amazing place to stay even when the heat index was 116 degrees. It was so comfortable indoors in the cool and that pool was amazing to cool off in when outdoors. We came from Kansas where it’s flat, flat and flat again. We really enjoyed the beautiful view. It was located close enough to the downtown part but far enough to get away from traffic and commotion of the downtown area. A lot of things seem to be closed on Tuesdays, so keep that in mind when booking.
The house was amazeballs! I had messaged the host beforehand checking on availability of certain kitchen items. Like a good host, he was not sure if specifics were available, so I packed everything but the kitchen sink. Turns out, basically everything was available that I asked about. In the description when I read there was an ice maker, I immediately thought the refrigerator had one. No, no. There is a huge nugget (Sonic) ice maker built into the kitchen cabinets. If you think someone can be too excited about nugget ice, you would be wrong. Mind blown!
Seth, the host, answered every single message extremely quickly and friendly. We had one minor issue and he arrived at the house in a flash. Much thanks to him for accommodating us with perfection. This trip was a family girls trip. We are already looking to book this house again for another family trip with the boys next time.

We have had annual family reunions for decades, always at locations where we have rented large homes to accommodate our numbers. This was probably the nicest place we have rented in all that time. Very spacious, with all six bedrooms having lake views. Multiple nice sitting areas outside and in. Very tranquil and serene setting. Seth, the property manager, stopped by to see how we were doing, and was very responsive and helpful with our questions about how to use some of the house's features. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect! Amazingly beautiful- inside & out! We had a large group with 6 adults and 8 kids and had more than enough space for everyone to have their own private space.
So happy to have been able to spend time enjoying all it had to offer. The only downfall was not being able to move in!!

We had four couples rent this place for three nights. Each of the couples said we need to rent this again but for a week. The content on the VRBO website describes the property perfectly. It is a great property, in a great location with a perfect view of the lake. The house was well equipped and each of the 6 bedrooms face the lake. Plenty of room for 4 couples to spread out. The property was extremely clean and the furniture was in great condition. We had absolutely no negatives about the house. We would definitely stay again. Seth, who is the host was wonderful to work with. He was always prompt in responding to emails and kept us informed about the property. The property is also convenient to all that Hot Springs has to offer. 10 minutes to about anywhere you would want to go in Hot Springs. We give it a 10+.

Spacious home. Very relaxing for a group of 12 baby boomers, everyone enjoyed their rooms and kitchen & dining area. Hot tub a little small for more than 2 people at a time. Manager was awesome & prompt to address any questions. Enjoyed so much we are going back next year!!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing your property was and fit our large group this past weekend. Everything was perfect, super clean inside and out, the beds were so comfy, the pool and hot tub worked perfectly and everything in your home so well maintained! You answered every time I called with a need, especially when we locked ourselves out (minor glitch) and you fixed for us immediately. We will definitely come back next year to one of your properties, if not this one again. This group from Hernando MS were so very pleased with the accommodations. Every two years we get together for a week with our family. Twenty total. Ages 5-15, 12 grandchildren, three sons with wives and parents/ grandparents. This place was great in location and space. The house and grounds were beautiful and perfect for all 20 of us to be together and yet plenty of room to have our own space.
Hopefully we can come back in 2024 to not only have our biannual vacation but to also celebrate our 50th anniversary.

A great house to spread out in. We put the parents with children in the bunk room suite. All of the rest of the bedrooms have king bed and bathrooms. They are spread out which makes sleeping in very nice. The weather was chilly and cloudy for most of our stay but the inside was so comfortable we didn’t mind being inside playing games and visiting. We cooked most of our meals at the house. All the appliances were in good working order. The double washer and dryers come in handy. When we did go outside there was lots of room to hang out, swim, watch the geese and duck, fish off the huge pier. The house is larger than it appears in the photos. This is an all around great place!

I know it was stated in the list of what to bring and I forwarded the list to others in my party but, they did not notice it. We have all rented vacation houses on ABNB and VRBO and never had to bring trash bags and toilet paper.

This property is spacious and beautifully appointed inside and out with a breathtaking view of Lake Hamilton. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to return in the summer when we could also enjoy the pool.
