The apartment was excellent! The apartment was very quiet, clean and modern inside with all the amenities we needed for our short stay. The location was great, just a couple of minutes to the metro for a quick journey right into the heart of Paris while the surrounding area had great boulangeries, restaurants and other amenities. Jim, the host, and his team were very helpful and proactive with their communication making check in and check out easy. We also appreciated being able to store our bags for the afternoon. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment, great location - metro stations very close to get anywhere you wish, a lot of bars, restaurants and shops around. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Host was very helpful and responsive. We were able to leave our luggage much earlier than our check-in.
The fridge was quite dirty, and the windows and window sills in the bathroom were dirty as well. There is a coffee machine but no capsules for it are provided (not even a few just as a welcome treat). Same for washing machine - not even one pod or a bit of detergent. In the bathtub the shower switch on the tap is broken.

The apartment has a complete kitchen setup to easily cook at home. But I rather have coffee and croissant at nearby coffee shops, and seldom cook at home. Apartment, super clean, minimalist but well furnished and not lacking anything.
Location is excellent, beautiful view of courtyard, safe neighborhood to walk home late at night from the metro near. Building is very quiet, occupants are courteous. Would have a longer stay next time. Host is very responsive , answering many questions due to my unfamiliar.
Nothing to complain, value/price ratio is excellent.
