This place rocks. Modern style. Spacious. Fantastic location. Ridiculous sundeck with awesome views. And 8 pods of espresso for a two night stay. One of my best finds.

A wonderful apartment close to the port. Easily accessible with great communication and attention from the host Vaso. The apartment is charming with everything you would need for a relaxing trip.

The location is ideal and is within a few minutes of the harbour and all the bars and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and the terrace is lovely with great views. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location which is close enough to the port yet far enough away to be peaceful. Hydra town is on a hillside which creates the stunning view of the town when you enter the port by boat or ferry. There are no cars or bikes, unlike other nearby islands. This makes for a very quiet and peaceful visit. It does however get busy with visitors so if your accommodation is close to the port there will be noise from people enjoying the town. This property is a 5 minute walk up the hill away from the port. The benefits are views over the town and the port from the roof terrace and a perfectly quiet stay to enjoy the terrace and to sleep. The slope is not steep so unless you are very immobile it should not be an issue walking there. If you book both villas which are self-contained but part of the same building then you have the roof terrace to yourselves. If you only book one villa then you might be sharing it with the other villa. Each villa would sleep 4 people comfortably between a mezzanine floor double bedroom and a comfy sofa bed in the ground floor living space. Maybe better suited for either just 2 adults or up to 2 adults and 2 children sharing the sofa bed. The decor is traditional and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. There are no real views from within the villas but the roof terrace is spectacular and we used it every day morning for breakfast and eve for pre-dinner drinks. Hydra town has great quality restaurants. We didn’t have one bad meal during a one week stay. The lady who manages the property is really pleasant and helpful. Any small issues were dealt with straight away.

If I was being picky then I might want an upgraded bathroom suite but that is picky. The water was always very hot and everything was spotlessly clean.
