Staff was great and helpful

The floor in the hallway in the second floor didn't feel right

Tv stopped working and when I called the front desk I was hung up in with no returned call. Went down stars and was told they couldn’t locate the guy that fixes the TVs but they would find him and send him up. Never happened. Ended up with no TV the rest of the night. The breakfast is basic hotel foods, it’s free breakfast so yeah.

Very close to medical center. Was able to book last minute for a great rate. Great coffee and comfy bed.

Bathroom sink would not drain whatsoever, and wish the spa was working but other than that it was great

The room was large and very clean. We loved that this property had shuttle service to bricktown. The driver was very knowledgeable about the area and really friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff was very friendly and fast to try and fix our problem.

We originally booked this property over another because it had hot tub but apparently it is broken. Also said it had a pool witch is actually shared with the neighboring hotel. Had we know we might have chosen another hotel. The breakfast was okay. All of this being said our room flooded when the rain came but the staff offered to compensate for the night as well as take care of the problem. We were very appreciative of this.
