Świetna lokalizacja :) blisko do Valetty, urokliwej Sliemy i rozrywkowego St. Julian's. Tuż przy przystanku autobusowym. Bar na dachu hotelu z przepięknym widokiem. Do dyspozycji gości basen z leżakami i ręcznikami z cudownym widokiem na zatokę. Pyszna hotelowa włoska restauracja !

The rooms are modern, very clean, comfortable bed.

The breakfast was good, but a vegetables were not fresh, for example tomatoes were fermented three days in a raw. The stuff in the canteen were not kind, everytime some of coffemashine didn’t work, or coffee was over, as scrambled eggs always was over. And if you come for breakfast later then 9 o’clock then you couldn’t find a clean mug for coffee or glass for juice((

Urban Rooms was almost perfect. The room was very comfortable, because it was big, such as the bathroom. Access to Aqualuna was great, it's a very good place to chill and enjoy the swimming pool and the view to the bay.

The breakfast was poor and everyday the same. Hot foods (such as eggs, bacon, etc.) were always cold. But an even bigger problem was that the air conditioner did not work for 3 days, the room was a constant 33 degrees, the elevator could not be used for several days, there was no wifi for 1.5 days, and there was also no hot water for 3 days. We got another room for 2 nights in the 115 Hotel, but it was terrible: it was dirty, there were no windows, it was in a much worse classification than what we paid for. We spoke to the hotel manager, but he was a jerk and rude and didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience, even though he could have.

Great facilities and location for the wedding we were attending.

The room was nice and spacious.

Unfortunately the AC wasn’t working and neither was the Wi-Fi. We checked in at 18h30 and were told that there was an electrical problem that would be solved in 30 min - 1h. We arrived at the room after climbing 5 floors without elevator while carrying the luggage and the room was like an oven. After almost 2 hours waiting, we had a talk with the manager that couldn’t tell us when the problem would be solved. We had to leave and find another hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. great location with great facilities and perks with the hotel. breakfast was very nice and would recommend going to the restaurant at night as well (very good Italian food). Look no further, this place is great!

Professional Reception staff

The building is 20 seconds away from the main building where the main facilities are, just around the corner. Great location close to everything you need, shops, caffes, public transport and ferry services. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. There were a lot of options to choose from so even though they served the same things every day you could easily make so many combinations with the food given. The waiters in the restaurant are all efficient and kind. Special thanks to Sandra who made us feel at home! The room and bathroom were so big! We even had a little balcony. Towels are changed by your liking simply by leaving them on the floor if wished to be replaced. Cleaning staff come every day and tidy everything up just like the first time you walked into the room. We were a little skeptical about the neighborhood but all over it is one of the safest places we traveled to. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay!

The building has a set temperature so If your feeling cold you cant do much. We called the reception and maintenance came right away to try and fix this but everything is automated so nothing could be done so they gave us another room to sleep in so props to them!

Very attentive staff, answered all my questions even before I arrived. Location superb, accommodation fantastic. My room was larger than I expected, very clean with modern amenities. The breakfast terrace is stunning. Despite not being in the main hotel, did not feel alienated at all. Was easily able to communicate with the main reception and received the same level of care. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, near the seafront, bus stop, ferry trips, etc. Breakfast on the balcony with the view of Valletta (if there were free tables on the balcony :-)

There is no hairdryer and no slippers in the room

Breakfast is the same every day. During our stay there were problems with the electricity (elevator and heating did not always work).

The staff was amazingly kind and ready to help, the room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We are sorry that the weather didn’t allow was to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.
