The Dare to Dream house was everything we had expected and hoped for. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us and the place was spotless when we arrived. The location and amenities were excellent and the check-in/out couldn't have been easier. Adrian and Cheryl were very responsive and accommodating whenever we needed the hot tub turned on or had other questions, they were great to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

This was another great stay at Dare2Dream. This was our third time staying in the Arbelaez home and as always, the home is beautiful, well kept, and the customer service was professional and Adrian, the host was available whenever I needed something. Stay here and you won't be disappointed. The view is great, very close to the beach, swimming pools, shops, and restaurants. We will always come back. Thanks Adrain and remember, GO ARMY!!!!

The property more than met our expectations. Very clean, nicely appointed, lots of good lighting, large dining room table with seating for 8 to play games. Well equipped kitchen, good size refrigerator, water and ice in door. Keurig coffee maker, very quiet dish washer and disposal. Over looked an inlet to see Egrets. Close to some very good restaurants. We had the main bedroom on the 3rd floor, was just fabulous. Total of 4 couples in our group, each had a bedroom with their own bath, there was an extra 5th bedroom which we did not use. Located in a very nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. Also, the owners were great. The elevator was perfect for getting the luggage up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Just a beautiful place.

From start to finish we had an absolute great stay! Adrian was very accommodating and as always North Beach Resort never disappoints!

The house is fabulous! Spacious and accommodating! Easy walk to pools and ocean! We had a group of 11- mostly teens boys. They loved it!

We stayed at the Dare2Dream home this was a very nice well cared for home well appointed home. Very clean. The owner was very nice and very accommodating to all of our needs to assure we enjoyed our stay I would highly recommend at stay at this home! I felt very at home there!

Everything was as perfect as one expects their stay to be. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Adrian was easy and appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend it for anyone considering staying here.

This property has a fantastic view, enough space for extended families and friends, and awesome communication with homeowner. The homeowner was very responsive at all times of the day and night. Check in and check out was a breeze, which is appreciated when trying to unpack a full car of luggage and kids. We had ages ranging from 9 months to 65 in the home and the space worked for all. We recommend renting this home.

We just recently had the opportunity to stay in this magnificent home with our family. To be so close to the beach and utilize all the amenities at the resort was just a bonus. Dare to Dream was beautifully decorated top to bottom, and spotless throughout! There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own bedrooms with their own bathrooms on the 3 floors of this beautiful home. When we had enough of the beach and resort, it was nice just to go "home". Our family's favorite place was our own pool and hot tub with our outdoor kitchen. Our hosts were truly amazing, and we are grateful for their hospitality. Thank you, Adrian and Cheryl for making our family vacation memorable and spectacular!

My Book Club recently stayed at this property and it was one of the best we have ever stayed at. The owner was so responsive and proactively provided the necessary information leading up to the stay. The property and views were amazing. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to feel like they are at home in their very own accommodations while also at the beach.

Adrian we did enjoy the home but it wasn’t clean. I would recommend checking behind your cleaning service. I’ve seen this many times before nice places go down because no one checks behind the cleaning crew. Especially during Covid! You can call me and we will talk. Thanks

Excellent house, nicely furnished with nice private pool area. Still close to the beach and the resort. 21 Prime was excellent for dinner and only 1/4 mile from the house. The girls took advantage of the Spa and the workout facility is very nice and also walking distance from the house. Overall the property was perfect for a nice summer family vacation.

The whole process is VERY easy. I had not done a VRBO so I was a litttle anxious about getting all the info but it came well in time before we got there and the website is excellent at showing the property so be patient and you’ll be really happy with this property. Great location very close to a lively water park with live music and bars and on the other side is the Atlantic! Proximity to great restaurants and grocery stores, etc., is amazing. The owner is a quick text away if you need anything. We had an absolute ball using the on-site pool and hot tub as well. Thanks for an awesome time, Adrian!!

This house more than met our expectations. Great location and access to North Beach Plantation Resort. Easy walk to resort pools and beach. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Great for a family vacation! The host, Adrian, was wonderful answering questions before and during our week-long stay. Many memories were made last week! Thank you Adrian!

Beautiful home and location in North Beach Plantation. We loved having the hot tub especially for a February stay. The ocean views are even better than advertised - we were pleasantly surprised, and enjoyed the awash and ocean views from the deck, pool and hot tub.

This was one of best vacation as a family. We celebrated my mom's birthday and Adrian was a huge help with making this vacation a wonderful experience. He was very helpfully.

Beautiful house, excellent location. However, I would not rent again due to the limited hot tub use, use of cameras and extensive list of rules. The hot tub is only available for two hours per day and must text 30 min before you can use. I was not told this before paying. Also the use of cameras in the hot tub area was unsettling with my teen age girls and children using tub, felt a little creepy to me. Extensive list of rules and charges made it uncomfortable to relax and enjoy the beautiful home. I was afraid to wash my face in fear of mascara accidentally staining the linens, we were warned of additional charges for any make up stains. Elevator was not used out of fear of being charged since it was listed as easily jammed and another list of fees included. I have a rental home of my own and treat all rentals with respect but the long list of what "not" to do and cameras were extensive and made it difficult to relax.

We decided last minute to plan a get away and Adrianne and the house fit the bill perfectly. Adrianne/ Hosts were available and so responsive for out last minute booking! A true pleasure. We had a great time! The house was perfect for those of us who had to work remotely for part of the week, as well as those of us who were able to take the full time unplugged. Adrianne made sure the home was ready, clean and equipped with fresh towels. sheets, paper goods and more! The house was decorated beautifully and was also very comfortable for our extended family of 6 with lots of good TVS, comfortable seating areas and five great bedrooms - each with own connecting bathrooms. We enjoyed all the touches and high end finishes throughout! The hot tub was a nice extra and while it was heated only a couple of hours a day- it was a nice treat. We used the grill and enjoyed many meals due to the great grill area/set up. While the weather did not permit use of the pool- it is a great setup and I am sure when heated is used - it can be enjoyed and loved full time by guests. We liked to walk to the beach and around the property, The Beach was great- wonderful to just walk and look out at the water! While we did not use the resort pools (a bit cool and /or when nice out- loud) they looked beautiful and would be nice on a different visit. The location being so close to the beach allowed us to take walks to and from the beach, multiple times a day was fantastic for us and allowed us to take daily 3-4 mile walks on the beach which we enjoy! Also, the property being so close to Barefoot Landing ( a quick drive or walk) made it ideal. Barefoot Landing had a lot of nice, easy, fun restaurants - most with great outside seating and heaters or firepits/fireplaces - made dining safe and fun! It was an awesome surprise! due to the house location- some of us got some golf in at nearby courses, and we all went to TopGolf for a night of fun! Again- thank you to Adrianne and his family for allowing us to use his special home.
