Nothing at this accommodation was accurate. They scam people and provide unclean, hazardous apartments without any heat to guests. Then refuse to refund the money when it's clearly evident that they scammed innocent families. The apartment is full of dirt and mold.

They ruined our 5 nights in Paris and we had to find a new accommodation for 6 people during peak season at a very high price and incur additional.costs. They agreed to refund the money but now it's Dec 27th 2022 still no response from either booking.com or the owner of the accommodation. We also believe they discriminated us based on being South Asians and thought giving us an uninhabitable apartment we wouldn't notice it. They stranded us and caused us severe financial loss (closer to $5,000) in additional transportation, roaming charges, last minute new hotel charges and medicine for getting sick due mold.and cold exposure. We have traveled to over 40 countries as a family (this was the 3rd time in Paris) and by far this was the 1st we ever got cheated.

Location is perfect!!! The apartment is clean and we'll designed. Suits for families with grown up kids as it gives privacy to parents and kids.

Accessibility is horrible. The apartment is located in the forth floor with a very tiny stirway. The availability of the staff is poor. They just ignored an issue we had- we didn't have hot water in the shower at one of the days. No one answered (not via a phone call, sms or booking message).

it was dirty, paint chipping off, counter tops stained and dusty, bedroom bedsheets stained. even got locked out of the apartment and waited in the freezing cold for an hour for someone to come u lock the door. Communication with the owner or staff was spotty and minimal. for the price, go somewhere else.

the property is not taken care of. the walls are all scratched and need to be painted, including in the closets. the drain in the shower does not have a cover/filter so you can straight into the pipes. the shower doesn’t shut so the shower leaks. the bathroom door handle is coming off and the mattresses don’t have mattress protectors. when we arrived at the indicated check in time, the maid needed another hour to finish cleaning. i was unable to get in touch with the property manager to inform them as no one answered the phone. also the code for the key box was not communicated clearly. I read in the description that there was no elevator but it was not indicated that this apartment is on the 3rd fl, which Americans would call the 4th floor

The appartment was on the third floor with no lift. , there is no front desk and nobody can help with carrying the luggage, no place to leave the luggage after check out at 11:00. The room was a bit noisy.
