Nice location. Clean. Plumbing a little funky, loose kitchen spigot, toilet would occasionally stop up not due to us. A few more amenities would help like salt and pepper oil and vinegar which most places have. Advertised with a pull out couch but it was a double bed leaving much less space in this small room. It would be nice to have a cot on hand as they do in hotels for special circumstances. Staff and everyone we met were very agreeable, being from the North we’re not use to it but loved it.

Excellent location near the beach. But we got small room and the bed was in the kitchen, small and unconfortable.
We asked to get another room and they helped us after a phone call.

My stay in Bradenton was adorable, the apartment was very comfortable, good air conditioning, the basics to make your breakfast, lunch, coffee, etc. supermarkets just 3 minutes away, restaurants, pharmacy, a beautiful place that I will definitely return soon

Mostly good things to say. Great location especially with a car. Good parking and great beach access. Only a couple of places to eat for walking but super close with car. Clean and well stocked. Helpful staff nice private pool. Suggestions: Needs new mattress and a grab bar of any kind in shower. Door hard to manage with no handle. Also add some hooks around especially in bathroom. all around very nice though.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was perfect for a beach stay.We received a call that even though check-in was at 4 o'clock, we could check in early, which worked out perfect for our arrival time!Only had two issues. Got back to the room late on Saturday and the result of inconsiderate parking by other guests, I had no choice but to use one of the handicap spots.The room was clean, with exception of the floor. The floor had black dust on it, which when you walked across it barefoot, it made the soles of your feet dirty. More than likely from the parking lot.Otherwise, a nice place! We will definitely be staying here again!

Only issues were floor cleanliness and parking. If you walked in your bare feet, they got dirty.
Parking was an issue on Saturday only. Only open spots were handicapped.
Other than that, great location and nice amenities! Will stay here again.

It's hard to beat this unit's location. Directly across the street from the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. Our unit did show signs of wear and some general maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Our shower door was off rhe track when we arrived and the issues was not addressed during our short stay of two nights. Wouldnt be a big deal but it was a very heacy glass panel. One of the other issues is that the fridge in unit #7easily moves forward and backward. And if it comes forward too far you cant open it. Needs to be secured. I would recommend this rental, but for the cost, these issues need to be addressed.

This location was just perfect for the beach lover. Just a quick walk across the street and you are in the white sand and at the gorgeous water.Your beach chairs are even waiting for you there. The property provided us with towels. This property was clean and well kept. It was the best stay for the price on AMI!

So close to beach and amazing restaurants. Jacuzzi was piping hot and the upper patio has and amazing view. Absolutely loved it!

Great place. Only downside is the rooms are not soundproof at all. We were kept up every night very late by the occupants of the room next to ours. We could literally hear every word that was said. Walls must be super thin.

The best about this location is the “personal” touch. There is a “front desk” person there during reg business hours. After hours they pick up IMMEDIATELY. Great location with beach just across the street. Nice pool and room with laundry facilities, full kitchen etc. like being home but on vacation. Best for the price. We shopped around and for 3 nights with those fees just more than $500

Very nice stay
We had a great visit. The ladies were so pleasant upon check in and the location was amazing. The unit was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was how thin the walls were between units. We could hear a baby crying for hours every day. Obviously that wasn’t the fault of the property but unfortunately sounds really travelled throughout the unit.

Glad we brought our bigger pot, oil, spices and coffee. We should have brought a hair dryer since one wasn’t available.

Great location….the Gulf and beautiful beach is right across the road
Loved having a full kitchen since we saved money by eating in. Direct access to the Gulf was amazing and we took advantage of it often. The new landscaping at the Beach Club is beautiful.

Clean rooms, pool and hot tub looked dirty. Keys were in bix when we arrived. We tried 3 times and never saw anyone in the office so stayed our 2 nights and left.

Everything about this rental was perfect and exactly as it looked in the pictures. Location couldn’t have been more ideal. I have been coming to AMI for more than 20 years but this was my first time staying here. I look forward to staying here again.

Great location, but terrible management. The property management team was highly unresponsive after we found blood stained sheets in our room… which we didn’t notice until the next morning. Disgusting.
I had to make multiple calls for the issue to be addressed by on site personnel, and was asked ridiculous questions about the size, shape and location of the blood stains on the sheets before they sent new ones.
Later that day, the on site person came back by and said he would be talking to his manager about making the issue right. However, after a week of waiting, and leaving multiple voice mails with the corporate office, I’ve yet to hear from anyone.
