Comfortable room & impressive swimming pool facilities, esp. Jacuzzi.
There is a need to fix the bed.

Location was very convenient for exploring the Waikiki night life and walking distance to the beach. Plenty to do around the area even if you just want to stay in!
The elevators were a bit confusing and could have been more clearly explained. At one point the elevator stopped working without any notice and we had to walk down a couple floors. Luckily we ran into a worker who was able to get the elevator working again.

2) Host provided necessary appliances for daily living.
1) The neighbor in 3808-B was yelling at midnight around 1:00 am on 07/28/2023.

It was nearby a lot of restaurants and places for activity, such as Ala Moana Park. A long commute wasn’t too worrisome to get around in the area.
Lots of traffic noise even from my room on the 38th floor. Didn’t make for the best sleep on some nights.

Location was great. Wonderful views. Lots of places in walking distance. Comfortable. Building and condo were not aging well. Very noisy as if window open lots of road noise. Could hear condos either side and above. Air conditioning also noisy.No jug, iron didn’t work.
Most of it is the age of the building and limited size. I guess I expected more.

Location was excellent. Plenty of bus routes around. Loads of bars/restaurants/cafes and very near to the beach

Good location
It is equivalent to a hotel room with a kitchenette. Not very big. Building, unit and furniture very outdated. No frying pans to cook with. Limited sound proof, I listened to my neighbour talk on his phone for 10 minutes, I could hear whole conversation.

There was a bag of trash under the kitchen sink that was not thrown out. Smelled really bad.
