Villa was wonderful! Spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome box upon arrival. Great kitchen facilities. BBQ area outside was brilliant with a huge undercover outdoor table and chairs. Ample space for 6 adults to all live together for 10 days. Fabulous pool and outside space with comfortable sunloungers. 10 minute walk into Pollensa and about 10 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa. Alcudia was only 15 mins away in car. Definitely recommend a car. Supermarkets are very close which sell everything you need. There are 2 fridge freezers in kitchen which is a great idea, we needed them!

The following comments did not have any impact on us enjoying a fabulous holiday. Driveway entrance was narrow and tricky to enter and exit. Shower pressure was very low. So low it was even difficult to wash shampoo out of hair. Towel hooks would be useful in bathrooms too. Noise from the 3 a/c units were on the outside wall of the double bedroom and very loud causing disturbed sleep. The tiles in the outside area are extremely slippery with wet feet, a notice maybe should be put up to make aware. One of our party had a very nasty fall walking from pool area towards kitchen. Instructions would've been very useful for dishwasher, washing machine, safe and where to take rubbish.

Outside area of the villa is fantastic, great amount of space and beautiful scenery, set in a lovely place and nice and peaceful. The booking team were fantastic and very helpful with any queries.

Parking not great for a bigger car but perfect for smaller cars, not overly catered or friendly for very young children. Few things mentioned in brochure were not at the villa (umbrellas, speaker, board games). Also need to make people more aware of the farmer who just turns up to access the garden next door and comes onto the property to use the water not ideal when you have small children running around. Property is lovely and great size but could do with a few touch ups especially in the bathrooms and the rear bedroom which is very damp and smells damp too.

Amazing barbecue area and outside pool. Lovely fire place inside for the rainy days as well.

Unfortunately the Villa had suffered some humidity damage and there was a smell of mold. I´m really sensitive to it and got allergies but my friends were ok.
