This is our 5th time renting in Kissimmee and this was by far our fave because of the pool. It was extremely clean and had beautiful white decking with new furniture. It’s backed onto a green space so sitting poolside with our coffees each morning was so peaceful, and we enjoyed margaritas pool deck at night while our teen boys swam. It’s also the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in! All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the new shower heads were strong. The main shower drain was plugged when we arrived but it was fixed by the next day. The owners have outstanding communication and were lovely to deal with. We cooked meals everyday and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all of the basic spices so we didn’t have to purchase those like at other rentals. This rental also comes with a BBQ which we used a tonne. We’ve always had to rent one separately and have it delivered. Huge perk for us! They also include garbage bags, dishwasher pucks, dishwashing soap and laundry detergent which we had never had before at previous rentals. Another nice touch. Our boys enjoyed playing pool and football in the garage even though it was quite hot (we were there in July). They ran fans and found it bearable. The main TV is HUGE in the main living room for family movie night. The home is in an excellent location close to the Disney parks, groceries, exit to Tampa (Lego land and Busch Gardens), restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this home and we will definitely be renting here again!

We were in town for a tournament at the ESPN Center and this home had everything we needed. They had essentials for cooking (like olive oil and seasonings). The teens LOVED the pool and there was a park directly behind the house that they could play basketball or tennis. The garage has been turned into a recreational room complete with a pool table and a bunch of other games. There was plenty of room for all of us!! The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we encountered was nice!! I could never figure out how to turn on the TV in the king bedroom but it might have been me? We arrived and I had misplaced the email With the code to get in. The property manager helped right away so we could get inside and it was sooooo clean!!! Overall……no complaints!!!

There has been an improvement in restaurants and shopping in the vicinity since our last visit in 2017. Great place and I think our next visit to the area will make for our first repeat visit!

We spent a week here on a recent visit and all found the property to be perfect. It was a wonderful place to return to after a day in the crowds and the heat. The pool was bliss. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had a great time overall.

Great home to vacation in and very close to alot of things that were in need of. Also Grace is an awesome host she was there for whatever i needed even got up from her sleep to help me to make sure i was ok. I very much appreciated that.

This was my second time at this house. The place is clean bright and cheerful. Pool in the backyard is the best. Easy to get to and close to parks and restaurants. The hosts are very kind and always check to see if you need anything. Love this place.

We always stay on Disney property, but opted to try this VRBO to have more room and a private pool. It was so amazing, we are now too spoiled to go back to staying on Disney property! My son spent every available min in that wonderful heated pool. The house was clean, comfortable, and close to the parks. Grace was so kind. She even let us know that my son left his Nintendo at the house and she shipped it to us. Loved this stay so much!

My group of 8 just returned from a wonderful stay in this home. The house looks even better than the listing photos and I can see that they have upgraded many things. The lovely new walk in showers are an example of a nice and unexpected upgrade to the home. Grace was very lovely and welcoming and I can tell that the Shirks take great pride in their home. The house was stocked with many staples that we needed like coffee, sugar, seasonings, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, and paper towels. There were plenty of nice fluffy bath towels to use and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and spa are fabulous and there were tons of floats and toys out there to enjoy. There was a pack and play, a booster seat for dining, and strollers in the home for guests with little ones. Our experience was truly wonderful and I would definitely stay again the next time my family visits the area.

There were several floats and beach balls for the pool. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and the owner got it resolved before we made it back from the Disney park. This is close to Walmart, CVS and Walgreens. There are a lot of nearby restaurants also!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was even better irl than in the pictures and the layout of the house (floor plan) was very good. The house is in a very good location for Disney parks and road 192 with a lot of restaurants (Texas Roadhouse, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden etc) and time to Disney parks is really 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Grace and Jerry are great, super helpful, service minded and we had a very good communication. We will try to stay here the next time we are in Orlando for sure.

This home is exactly as pictured and then some!! Meticulously maintained, comfortable, homey!! We have been to Disney several different times and stayed on property, this trip we were taking our sons girlfriends so needed extra bedrooms, this home did not disappoint!! Everything we needed was in the home!! The home is close to a Publix,Walmart, and all kinds of dinning. Our days were spent at the 4 Disney parks and it could not have been easier to get to them. After a long day at the parks the pool and hot tub were perfect!! Grace was very accessible to any question or need!! We would positively stay at her home again and would recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Orlando area.

Loved the pool. I would suggest paying for the heat, needed at night. Family friendly and close to everything.

The house was just as described. The communication with the owner was fast and efficient. We would stay again.

From booking to leaving, Grace has been a huge help and communicated with us almost instantly whenever we got in touch. Check in was so easy. We had ALL of the information we needed a great deal of time in advance. The property was lovely and clean and in my opinion, the pictures just don't do it enough justice. There had also been some upgrades since the pictures I.e the bathrooms. They look lovely! So new and clean! When we first got there we had a storm and even tornado warnings! Because of this, the pool was quite dirty, despite only being cleaned a day or two before. I contacted Grace and she had the pool sorted for us straight away! Later into the holiday I accidently damaged something. I informed Grace straight away. She was totally fine and couldn't help enough. The TV was brilliant, we love our sports and there was every platform to watch any kind of sport on, and even when our team here in England was playing a very important match, Grace helped us get to watch that too! If needed absolutely anything she was so easy to contact and always there to help with anything we could possibly need. Grace kept us informed with anything we would need to know. When we arrived the previous holiday makers had reported a problem with the dryer on their departure, Grace contacted me to let me know that someone was attending to it and when to expect him. It was literally fixed the next day. The house is regularly treated for pest prevention and again this was done while we were there. Grace informed me that we don't have to be in but that someone was coming at a certain time, so we knew incase we happened to be in. On communication alone I'd give a 5 star! The property is so lovely and I would 100% love to stay again, if we are lucky enough to in the future. I am so happy with our stay here and couldn't recommend the property or the host enough. It is unbelievably close to major parks and shopping outlets. There are basket balls and tennis rackets avaliable in the garage to use on the courts adjacent. We've never played Tennis before so that was a huge giggle and such a great memory made. We've had such a great stay and made some fantastic memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives, and I can't wait until the next time! Nice getaway but the furnishings and definitely the linens need updating. Dryer stopped working at 11:30pm night before we left. When catching an early flight there is no time to have repairs. Wet clothes, a lot them to travel home with. Towels were ok but some were thread bare. Patio furniture is rusted on the feet. Great location and easy access to all parks. Quiet area for kids also. I would definitely repeat this holiday it would need to have a few things updated first. Rob
