Very good location near the lake and the cathedral.

Our apartment somehow felt rather cramped. We could not really sit comfortably at the kitchen table. The kitchen space is minuscule and not particularly convenient for people who do not want to eat out all the time. We didn't see what the other apartments look like, so maybe my comments only apply to the one we were given. Also, there were occasional problems with the small gate at street level.

We have booked two apartments and both were great - clean, spacious and great location. Easy to access, option to have a parking was very useful. Instructions how to get in was clear so the checking proces was smooth. Locations is 10/10. 10-15 min walk to any essential location - city center, restaurants, pier, funicular.

Loved the apartment! Modern and clean and perfect for a family of 4.

-I think it is expensive for what we got. I would suggest investing in the apartment so that it is in line with the price. -Loud: You can hear everything what is happening in the street. -We travel with a baby and they confirmed that the travel cot was going to fit next to any of the 2 double beds, but it did not. Please note that the travel cot size is standard. -Parking: it is good that it is inside the building. However, watch out if you drive an SUV. They messaged me that it was going to fit but parking was not easy at all and the entry was very stretch. In addition, the parking is outdoor and there is no lines that defines each parking slot…25 eur per day is a bit too much. -Cleaning could be improved (eg cobwebs in the room) and some maintenance is needed (eg some walls need painting, rusty things in the bathrooms, light in one of the bedroom was blinking) -Finally, we were 4 adults, 1 children and 1 baby. They left us a bottle of 0.5l and 2 coffee capsules…
