we liked the location of this place as it is right next to the beach and not too far to walk to get to places for something to eat and drink, also less than half mile walk to the supermarket makes it a good location. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean with fresh towels as and when we wanted them. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure for showers and baths. When we got into our 2nd room thanks to Valentina it was much better as everything worked.

As others have said about this place the check in is awful, when we arrived we went through the process on the machine only to be told no room allocated. We phoned the help desk and waited about 10 minutes for someone to arrive to be told that they are full and no rooms were cleaned and ready even though it was 14.00 which is the check in time stated. We asked how long and were told they had no idea but would phone us so we could go away and get something to eat. Still no call by 16.00 so we went back and phoned again. Another wait for someone to turn up and they found a room for us that was nearly ready. We only managed to stay 1 night in this room as it wasn't great. The patio door was very hard to open, the safe wouldn't lock and then when it was "sorted out" we had all our stuff locked in so we couldn't open it until someone came over with the master key, if you have the bathroom door open and then someone comes in the front door you can't get in, the hob didn't work and that was all in less than 24 hours. I did then get in touch again via the phone and Valentina arrived and found us another room which was the same as the one we had but everything worked in this one so we moved. All of the things with the room mentioned could easily be sorted out with not much maintenance. The check in issues are not going to get any better unless the system is changed.

- Very comfortable bed - Quiet location, pretty much completely silent at night - Lovely beach and sea view from our apartment - Nice little terrace to have meals and read outside - Very nice walk to Port d'Alcudia along the beach - Bus stop 5 minutes away, very convenient to go to Alcudia, Pollença, Can Picafort, Palma and the airport - 24-hours support phone number with someone on the other end of the line responding very quickly to issues - Large supermarkets close by

- Very inconvenient auto check-in process. Booking.com sent an email suggesting we could send the visitor information in advance to save time. At the property, we still had to enter the data all over again on the check-in machine, and still, got error messages the first time we tried - The room and furniture look quite dated and in need of a refresh. The equipment is very basic. I'd have hoped for a more modern and better equipped apartment - the current conditions made me feel it's overpriced - On our first evening, we noticed lots of ants in the kitchen. This suggested the apartment hadn't been cleaned very well. This got addressed fairly quickly when we raised it with management (out of hours, via the emergency number). - Some items were broken when we got in (a bedside lamp and an outdoor chair). Note that the lamp got fixed fairly quickly when we raised it with management. - No window or vent in the bathroom, so it could feel quite damp at times - Not many interesting places to eat nearby (meaning bakeries, and cafes / restaurants that don't look like tourist traps). To eat out, we were better off walking 15-20 minutes to the port (which is still mostly tourist traps), or taking the bus to Alcudia

Excellent position, in front of the sea. Supermarket, restaurants and anything else you need is very close to the apartment. No noise in the night, you can sleep well. The apartment was very clean with all comforts, free Wifi. The beach is just in front of the apartment. The beach is really beautiful and the sea is so clear. I spent a great time!

Comfy appartment right on the beach. Very conveniently located, well equipped kitchen, balcony with sea view.

There was a bit of bad smell in the room upon arrival. Check in machine was annoying.

kitchen is uncomfortable. If you have cooking in your plans I think the amenities and kitchen a bit too small and unprepared for it.

They kindly noted our special requests and we felt most welcome. Reasonably equipped kitchenette, very comfortable bed, and a pleasant balcony, with a great view. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch.

Out of hours automated check-in was anything but simple, and the information provided ahead of time counted for nought - system needs improvement, especially in regards to on-screen instructions / error messages.

Excellent location: 50 m from the sandy beach, 1 km from Port Alcudia center, all shops for uggent needs are in 500 m. Very nice promenade along the sea brings you to the center with bars, restaurants and shops. Actually all questions/issues were solved very quickly by the property staff. They are very reactive, helpful and supportive. Registration machine did not work properly while registering (no option to register at the reception desk): staff representative arrived in 5 min to help us. We asked for a kattle and it was provided immediately. The same approach we faced from every staff person. Cleaning staff were extremely polite and helpful as well.

Registering machine was not working properly. It asked for the 2nd guest's doc scan and details but did not want to accept details of my son 16 y.o. saying that he is minor. It was necessary to contact for suport. Key cards were not given upon registration. Staff member hepled with it. Please mind the mosquitoes, bring fumigators with you or buy at the place. And spray as well for going out. They are small (mosquitoes) but their stings are quite painful

It’s right on the beach and in a good location. The bed was fairly comfortable, everything worked, including the air conditioning and the cleaning staff kept the apartment clean.

the apartment suffered from a number of minor annoying things. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed because it was warped or the floor was not level. The water flow rate in the kitchen sink was ridiculously slow. There was no way that we could find to turn off the balcony light and it was on all night long - we assume it was centrally managed for all of the apartments.

Everything was great, view from the balcony - spectacular, apartment very close to the beach, nice personal - helpfull. Was very quiet - all district.

Carmin, the property manager was fantastic. Making sure everything was correct. Helpful with directions and planning. It was absolutely the best experience we had in Spain.
