The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was large and super comfortable. All the staff were courteous and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. My husband managed to lose our room key in the sea 🙄 and as it was in the evening, the reception was closed. We didn't have our phones with us to call for help but we were spotted on the CCTV wandering around helplessly and someone came and reissued new keys immediately.

The machine didn't deliver our keys but we called the number provided and a staff member arrived quickly to give us our keys. Honestly nothing else negative I can think of! Maybe an onsite bar would have been nice but not a big deal. Note: it seems impossible to prebook a taxi to arrive at a specific time! Not the property's fault but useful for others to know. The bus service however is good.

amazing location, right by the sea, spacious for a hotel room, supermarket close by as well as restaurants.

the checkin machine didnt work so we had to call the stuff of the hotel, the cleaning staff didn’t do a lot, just made the bed but we didnt get fresh towels for 4 days & unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen

Location and daily cleaning .

Patio doors and wardrobe doors were very stiff to open. Broken drawers in wardrobe.

It was near of the sea

We checked in around 11 PM, which was difficult because we hadn't received the check-in email from Booking.com. Eventually, the receptionist came personally to let us in and gave us a sea-view room instead of our booked one. However, the room smelled strongly of sewage, and the bathroom sink was leaking, ruining my spouse's sleep. When we complained the next morning, they initially said they were fully booked but later offered a room in another building. We rejected it because it was smaller and too far from the sea. Finally, they moved us to a higher floor in the same building. It was smaller and unprepared, but we accepted it just to stop wasting our time.
