I highly recommend this place if you're going to ski on a pretty low budget !!!!!! The Pilot Lodge is a comfy place, located at 10 meters from a bus stop that can bring you for free to several ski slopes in 10min, the staff is really accommodating, there is two bathes that you can use on your own and the hostel provides reductions for the ski passes and for a gear rental shop that can pick you up and bring you with your gear ! Thank you so much for everything :)

Everyday, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by the staff. The presentation was nice and there was enough variety to please everyone. All of the staff at Pilot Lodge are super friendly and we enjoyed visiting with them.

There were only two showers and there were 15 of us. The property can not change this, but next time I would book the one room that had it's own private shower and bathroom. Also, pictures show that the lodge has a fireplace, but they do not have wood for a fire. We looked around town and could not find a place to buy wood.

The Pilot Lodge was wonderful! The staff was amazing! The location was close to where we went skiing!

The only thing missing was a fire in the fireplace!

bathroom seat without heating, the shower was cold both morning and night, the breakfast is terrible, they cut a banana in 6 pieces and served a piece to each person, they are extremely cheapskates! the soap was a little watery, they turn on the water heater 30 minutes before check out .. They didn't offer to carry the bags, they don't provide disposable kit, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairbrush..

the property is clean and the staffs are very nice. we went there for ski and we weren’t able to catch the last free shuttle to the ski resorts but the the staff was kind enough to take us there despite the heavy snow. they even allowed us to unload our luggage & eat for breakfast even if we came 3hrs ahead of check in time

they have kitchen & mini onsen which we used freely

We loved the location, right next to an amazing restaurant and bar area! The property had everything you needed from a public full kitchen to co-ed onsens, really convenient!

There were only twin bed options but that wouldn’t keep us from coming back!

I really liked the staff. He was soo kind and friendly and the room was also clean.There were games too
