the property is well equipped and the location is excellent- walking distance to shops and restaurants but very quiet. There is plenty of room in this property to spread out. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries.
parking is very tight - our car didn’t fit in the garage and getting in and out of the carport was tricky. The hot water is a tank system which only seems to reheat overnight so it’s limited (enough for 4 showers per day though).

An attractive spacious property in a quiet street. We found it easy to walk to the Botanic Gardens, Zoo and North Adelaide restaurants and small supermarkets There is also a free bus close by to take you to these attractions and more. North Adelaide is a beautiful area.

The cleanliness of the house, the space, the convenience of having a dryer and washing machine, the ease of parking right at the door step, a nearby playground for the child. very quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to nice eateries.
Sunlight seeps in pretty early, hoping for blackout curtains in the rooms. Probably near the airport, frequent airplane sounds that may affect light sleepers.

The house was spacious. Comfortable furniture. The kitchen appliances exceeded our expectations. Handy to the bus, shops, restaurants, cafes.
Being in the airport flight path. We were woken daily by the planes.
We could have done with some more hand towels and face clothes. There weren’t spares and one bathroom didn’t have a hand towel.

Great location. Plenty of room for the whole family. Such a comfy stay.
Walking distance from bakery, coffee shop, butcher, restaurants and park. Easy walk into the city, even with kids.

Julie met us on arrival and quickly gave us the rundown of the property, facilities and our local shopping precinct. We all felt immediately comfortable after a long drive from Melbourne.
There was nothing not to like about this trip or the property.

Great accommodation. Huge living space. 2 generous and 1 huge bedroom. 2.5 bathrooms. Julie made sure we had everything we needed and helped us out with any queries we had. We loved our stay.
Amazing location. Just metres from a cafe and bakery and a few metres more to lively o'connell street with many pubs and restaurants. Nice playground and horses a few metres in the other direction.
Great time had by our family.

The location was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Julie was very helpful and even welcomed us with chocolate wine and drink for our children.

Townhouse was very well set up making for an easy and pleasant stay. The location was great, close to restaurants, cafes, playground, supermarket and easy access to everything, including the city.

Great location easy walk to North Adelaide restaurants and coffee shops, bakeries and food shops. This accommodation is set in a lovely area with quiet tree lined streets. It is well appointed, clean and roomy.
