Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
Pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine pour faire la vaisselle.
Mais les douches fonctionnent bien avec eau chaude et froide.

Big and comfortable room
The house was be contained only one air-conditionin at the living room, so it could not be cool the bedrooms.In fact, the house was not be contained air-condition.

It was excellent! everything was provided and it felt like home. It is really a home away from home. The rooms were very comfortable and the place is splendid. Very accessible from and to the harbor. Bea is very friendly and accommodating and treats you like family.

Bea is a very friendly and welcoming host. She will provide you with many recommendations for a cruise around Ermioni and surrounding islands. We have no complaints about the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, fully equipped. Parking was convenient, the center of Ermioni is one minute walk. There are markets a short walk from the house. Perfect location for trips to Hydra, Spetses or Napflio. There are several excellent climbing areas within a few kilometres. The only minus is the lack of nice beaches right in Ermioni. You have to drive at least 10 km, we recommend for example Kounoupi beach.

The place is in the center, you can do everythink by feet. It's perfecty clean.

No Aircon in bedroom, but that did not make a difference.

Large apartment, lots of room, very clean, exceptional host. Bea is exceptional host..! She gave us tons of tips where to eat and where to go even before we got to Ermioni. She provided us with water and all sorts of treats. Best place ever. I highly recommend..!

Perfect location next to harbor and all services including a nice supermarket, you can visit Hydra easily from Ermioni but Ermioni itself is really beautiful and the surroundings too! You feel at home in Nikos and Bea's house there are many nice touches in the apartment which is very comfortable. Above all Nikos and Bea gave us very appreciated indications to get from Athens to the house, many attentions when we stayed and warm welcome!
Difficult to find something negative, maybe the water pressure in the shower but it really did not matter in respect of all the things we appreciated!

The apartment is wonderful, quite big, furnished with taste in a traditional way. It's got everything you might need. It's very clean and cosy, too. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Bea is super friendly, you will feel at home instantly.
The house is cozy, clean and perfectly located.
In 3 minutes you walk to the town/port.
There was a nice tasty surprise in the morning waiting for us.
No doubt about it, i will recommend it strongly to anyone who will go to that area.

Everything was excelent.
Felt like real home. Really spacious and comfortable place, had everything you may nead and even more, extremely clean, good location (next to the big good supermarket, farmacy, cafe and restaurants), free and easy parking just near the property.
The things available at the property for the breakfast (coffee, evaporated milk, jam, butter, honey, homemade halva from Bea) were so much apriciated!! Thank you Bea & Nikos.
Already planning our next trip to the area and defenitely will choose again this place. Totally recommend it.
