The staff, the facility was clean and good looking.
It was hot inside and there was no AC. People didn’t sleep in their assigned beds. Someone took my food while I was away.

We had good stay. We booked a private room with bathroom and we were able check in early at extra cost.
The bed were uncomfortable and pillow soft. It would have been nice if the window could open all the way for some cool air.

Great location.
The room could have been cleaner on arrival.

It wasnt too far away from the main metro station so was fairly easy to go out when I did
The bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and when I asked for my room to be cleaned all the staff did was take out the towels and not even change them for clean ones they also didnt make my bed or anything
