Close to the Efteling attraction park. And in the same block of a big supermarket.
Super uncomfortable beds, extremely soft mattress. The fire alarm was on during the night and nobody gave us any explanation. Just told us that was fine to back to the rooms. First floor by stairs when was not specified in the page, all the amenities they say are about the main hotel (guest house hotel).
I would recomd6you to stay in the guest house hotel not in de Kronn

You need to put air conditioner or a ventilator in the rooms because it was suuuper hot the 2 nights ans when we arrived

The photos in the booking were not at all like the room we were given. Was very basic, no kettle, no extra pillows / any amenities. Was nice and clean, but more basic than a budget travellodge. For the price of the stay, I do not think the rooms are nice enough, and we were lead to believe they would be nicer through the pictures on the website, which was not at all how our room was. Luckily we were so busy at the park it didn’t matter too much, but it was disappointing for the money spent.
We also added breakfast to our stay but once we saw what was available we got this refunded (thank you staff) there are also next to no vegan options downstairs and none upstairs in the bar. Save your money and eat in the park.

The location is perfect for next to Efteling as it's only a 5 min walk which is great after a long day in the park.
The rooms were clean and had the basics of what we needed.
The cost wasn't too bad for the location proximity.
Yhe building isn't the most inviting looking to come into and the room wasn't very comfortable in general as you could hear everything going on around you in the building. My bed was also partly on wheels which meant my bed kept moving around any time I turned over.
The check out experience was a bit annoying as we checked out online after receiving an email to do so so we wouldn't have to check out in the reception which was in a separate building around the corner. However, when we completed it we were still instructed to drop off our room key at reception so we had to go over anyway. I think there should be a box put in this section as well so people can drop their cards as having to go to reception defeats the whole purpose of the online checkout.

Excellent customer service from the staff member who checked us in. She was very pleasant, clear and concise with all the hotel information and the hotel facilities available. Perfect.
Nice room with comfy bed and a little terrace.
Great location for De Eftling, literally 5 mins walk. 2 x Supermarkets nearby, as well as a few cafes/restaurants. We ate at the Hotel Restaurant, which has a good menu for all tastes.
Great short stay and I would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

Walking distance to Efteling and Management took our complain serious and compensated us accordingly.
Our room was just horrible, a hole in the floor and other parts of the floor was lifting off the ground. There were wet stains on the ceiling and wall, black mold in the seal of the windows and in the bathroom, stains in the curtains. The matress was too soft for our liking, not suitable for people with back issues.
It's one thing that the hotel is unmanned, old and smells old but the room they gave us really should not have been rented out. They call it budget but charge €125 a night which is not budget in my book and I stayed in hotels a lot better than this for that price. I guess you pay for being so close to the Efteling.
At least after complaining and showing the reception the pictures of the room, we were taken serious and management compensated us.

Location was great to visit the Efteling amusement park.
Too expensive for a tiny room. Breakfast price wasn't communicated and it was also expensive. Kids sleeping arrangement with the pull-out bed on both sides, while a clever hack, didn't resonate with me.

It's close to the eftleing and beds are good.
It's clean and the food next door is good.
The upstairs room this time was stifling the fan was ineffective, there were only two plug sockets above one head board so to charge anything the cables hung across the person sleeping.
The stairs up are very steep. There are zero staff here so n it's very strange. Everything is done froma the guest house next door which is fine .
Booked because loved olit a couple of years ago. Still good but really n we xt time will book the guest house

Very expensive restaurant- we were told there was no tap water and had to buy a €6 bottle of water; dangerous step into bathroom- had to move rooms as trip hazard; no kettle in room; cars set on fire in car park at night - not hotels fault but couldn’t find anyone in the hotel to help, room became very smoky

Breakfast was tasty, room was pretty comfortable and spacious. Service was friendly. Location is good, close to Efteling park and supermarket.
First night there was no heating and TV remote was not working. However, after we reported it - it was solved very quickly. Thus, nothing to complain.

Room was very comfortable. Internet connection is pretty good for basic usage. Breakfast is good, not that many options but food quality is really great. Reception and staff were incredible and so polite. It's really close to Efteling and you have a supermarket next to the hotel.
The fact that we needed to get off the main building to get to our room which was in other building, it's not ideal, but at least you have an internal path through the parking. Bunker beds are not my favorites, but mattress and linens are excellent quality.

Very close to Efteling. Handy to have supermarket and cafe/diner nearby. There is a bus stop just outside Efteling that goes either to Tilburg or to Den Bosch. Very nice reception and breakfast staff
Extractor in bathroom not working. When cleaning adjacent room staff have doors open and very loud music playing on the TV. Reception is in a completely different building round the corner and on the first floor. Breakfast is €17 each...too expensive. Bed design ( has a "plank" on the side) makes it uncomfortable to get in and out of or to sit on the edge of the bed.

Small but efficient room. Glad we decided to get the early breakfast, as it was nice and quiet. Walking distance from the Efteling. There's even a nice snackbar next door.
