Het idee dat we een nachtje in een hotel gingen dat is altijd fijn en leuk. Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. De kamer was goed voor met z’n 3e. De bedden zijn prima.

Het avond eten was lekker, maar de bediening was niet zo heel alert. Het eten werd snel geserveerd. Maar om het af te ruimen en nog een keer de menu kaart krijgen daar moesten we zelf om vragen. We hebben het gevoel dat het hotel niet echt op kinderen is ingericht. Op de website zag ik in het menu kindermenu staan, maar die hebben we niet gekregen tijdens het eten. We vroegen of het dessert met alcohol was, en dat was zo. We hebben er 2 van besteld. En dan wordt er 1 geserveerd zonder alcohol. Maar dat wordt niet aan ons medegedeeld. En dat zou juist fijn zijn! We vinden het ook erg jammer dat je 5 euro parkeer kosten moet betalen. Op een parkeerplaats die alleen van het hotel is.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. Asked the reception desk where the closest supermarket was and they said to look it up on Google. Asked a different staff member where the closest petrol station was, answer was the same. Go use Google. Staff were not rude to everyone, noticed they were quite friendly with what looked like a prostitute.

Amazing really amazing Im tour operator and i have came with smal groop. The general reasan was the location near Amsterdam and the other destination wath we was plan to visit. We have arived later at 23/7 . My first impression from the girl in the reception not was good, i had a feeling that she made me favor . But after that everything was amazing. Good clean room, we took breakfast all was fresh and good asortiment. The parking only 5 euro for day cheap. And i the add of all im so thank you and respect the service wath we received from the young lady Rebecca in the reception. She help us to make reservations to visit Ajax stadion bcouse it was very important for us but was problem in the site. She was very kindly even it not was her job she help us she was very kindly and patience. Thank you very much. Im recommending this Hotel and hope to back soon. With very best regards Rafael yakov

Ok just a little thing You need to change the cilicon in the bathroom bcouse it is dirthy and looks not good. Less trash especially for difrents types like, plastic, paper and others. When i have came to the large trash to string the plastic bootles the managers there said me to go to the super market. Common, not really

It was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. The place is nice.

The staff was not friendly enough. And in the badroom didn't had a bathtub (nl. Badkuip). And I can't handle the coffee machine. And you have to pay for parking separatly.

Paid parking and noise of the highway which you also can hear in the room.

It would be a better hotel with a more customer-oriented attitude. Not the case.
