Exe Astur Plaza

This hotel has underground parking which is a bonus and easy enough to find. Two motorbikes fit in one space without a problem. As described it’s right on the square and beside the town hall and lots of bars and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and shower was very good.

No atmosphere in hotel and nowhere comfortable to sit and relax. Breakfast room like a canteen with no soul. Staff in dining room very unpleasant and unhelpful. Breakfast was average. The only mirror in the room was over the sink! Expensive for what it was.

Ideale Lage im Zentrum und trotzdem gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto. Kurzparkzonenparkplätze auf der Plaza de San Bartolomé, Gratisparkplatz außerhalb der Altstadt in vernünftiger Gehweite.

Tough parking situation

Underground parking was good for motorcycles. Location was right on the square accessed from the rear of the hotel. Staff on check in was pleasant as was our cleaner. Good array of breakfast choices. Excellent orange juice

Hotel is dated. Shower over bath leaked all over the bathroom floor. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Our room at the back overlooked the plastic roof of the restaurant. Breakfast- nobody there when we arrived so we just sat down. When she did come in made no approach to us. Tables had not been reset so we did our own. Checked her phone, put her lippy on, checked her phone then kept her same gloves on to sort the food! Rattled round the restaurant floor with her black trolley putting dishes onto it. Felt like a canteen. Cooked food was not replenished quickly enough - scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt. Other people also came in to empty dishes. Underground carpark was dark even with lights on
