Szkoda ,że podczas kolacji niedostępna była ta część restauracji z widokiem na morze.

Dobra lokalizacja - przystanki autobusowe, sklepy, restauracje w pobliżu. Świetne jedzenie. Bardzo dobra obsługa - personel życzliwy i pomocny.

Staff lovely and hotel feels brand new. Room modern and clean. Food in hotel excellent. Breakfast very good and good choices for later meals.

Unfortunately there is a major construction project at the front of the hotel on the waterfront. Currently two large tower cranes. Don’t work late or start too early thankfully. Bus stops and terminus very close to the hotel.

Personale premuroso e sollecito, struttura ristrutturata da poco, vista dal ristorante favolosa.

Assenza di bidet in camera, volando con poco bagaglio non ho trovato i soliti gadget degli altri hotel in bagno, offerta di cibo tanta ma senza una qualità e variabilità tra i giorni come mi sarei aspettata da una catena come l'hilton hotels. La spa era chiusa e la piscina coperta non era raggiungibile in accappatoio e costume (nessun kit accapoatoio/telo/ciabatte disponibile neanche a pagamento).

Schönes hotel, freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Abendessen sehr überraschend da man Buffet oder a la Carte bestellen dürfte. Hauswein und Wasser inkl. Personal extrem freundlich!!! vielen lieben Dank dafür!!!! Man ist wirklich gerne als Gast im Haus

Die zwei Matratzen haben sich immer wieder ausdehnender geschoben. Baustelle vor der Tür aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts

Boendet hade de flesta faciliteter som ingick, solstolar, handdukar etc. Spa avdelningen var mysig, gymmet var helt okej för semesterträning.

Det jag saknade var en ordentlig hårtork och strykjärn på rummet. Visste inte heller att man behövde ha adapter till deras eluttag. Maten var också sådär, grönsakerna kändes ledsna, som att man skurit upp dem dagen innan, och all mat var smaklös.

Nagyon kényelmes szoba. Kiváló konyha, különösen a vacsora nagyon változatos, finom. Nagyon finom kevesek, kitűnő sültek és édesség.

Nagyon szép, tiszta hotel. Kitűnő konyha, nagyon jó wellness és spa. Rengeteg különféle medence és private beach. A személyzet nagyszerű és mindig segítőkész.

Good breakfast, big rooms with balconies, kind staff. When booking, I forgot to mention that I want a room with a sea view. Upon arrival, I asked to change rooms, which was kindly offered to me without extra charge. I would definitely choose this hotel for the third time.

The location was amazing, being so close the ocean as well as local shops, including a Starbucks stall and Café del Mar

The single rooms could be a little more spacious and I think the complimentary water should be increased from 2 bottles to 3.

Staff we interacted with were nice. Having multiple options for the pools was also nice.

1. As mentioned on other reviews, the toilet doors don't close flushly so you can smell/hear anything going on in there. 2. The shower area was small and open so most of the toilet floor ended up wet. 3. We had the Do Not Disturb sign up on our door for the majority of our trip as we don't want to be woken by house keeping and have had situations before where the housekeeping staff had rooted through our belongings. Multiple times throughout our stay the housekeeping staff tried to enter the room regardless of the DND sign, one time actually coming in to make a call somewhere from the phone in our room while my partner was in bed. We also received a page under our door near the end of the stay after we started keeping the door locked saying house keeping would potentially enter our room if the DND sign was on the door for longer than a day for "health and safety" purposes which we thought was weird as we've never experienced that in any other hotel we've stayed in and there was never an issue with having the DND sign on the door. 4. This was mostly our fault for not confirming before we booked but we thought the hotel was sort of exclusive and on the quieter side but this wasn't the case at all and was actually very busy with family's and groups and seems to be the default place to stay in St Paul's Bay for most people, so if that's not what you're looking for this Hotel may not be the best option. 5. One other small thing was that even though there was plenty of pools, it was a bit of a trek to get to some of them from your room even though they're on the grounds of the hotel.

Friendly staff, the best run buffet restaurant ever with excellent choices and dishes always topped up…local drinks included as well as soft drinks. Well maintained gardens. Excellent WiFi throughout! Was even offered drinks after 3.30am waiting for a taxi to the airport! Access to a beach via the hotel. Good sleep every night. Very clean. Amazing shower too!

Views were awesome and breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, management never replied to our email with the official complaint. For my birthday, we were allocated to a room which had ants all over surfaces and floor. It was clear that staff has not cleaned it properly. We complained and got another room instead. In the meantime of waiting for the swap over with a baby and a toddler in the corridor, the cleaning staff were questioning me what was wrong and looking at me dismissively. It might have been a language barrier however, when i tried to explain, i was completely ignored, they said something in their own language, giggled and left rather than apologising for their poor service. I do appreciate that we were offered another room with a view, however attitude of staff members need to be addressed. Paying customers expect respect and when annoyingly, we had to change room (a family of 4, imagine the hassle of luggage), we do not expect to be laughed at for flagging up a hygiene issue in a rather expensive room.

Hotel and particularly the staff were excellent. Everyone was most helpful and friendly, great service overall. Food was very good and varied selection. Inside and outside pool areas great. Great location on the waterfront and short walk to other restaurants or the main street.
