Utöka gärna utbudet i baren med t ex enklare mat och drinkar.

Beautiful nordic style rooms, modern clean bathroom with daylight, comfy beds, working AC unit, filled minibar... lovely surroundings with a short walk to the city center. Also they rent out bikes for free (first come, first serve for the day).

The music from the bar/restaurant was a bit too loud, especially with the windows of the rooms facing the open bar area. Fortunately they did close down at 11pm. But after along day of traveling, I would have loved a bit less bass in my room.

Close enough to the city, but far away to feel relaxing. A proverbial stone-throw away from "Embassy Residence Row", which was a delight to walk past on the way to town. Loved the old world charm of the Hotel. Took me back to happy young days.

Scandi hotels can perhaps explore a coffee and tea station in the rooms. Appears to be a general exclusion.

The best aspect of this hotel is its location. It is situated in a very upmarket open green area of Stockholm, cheek by jowl with the Djurgarden Island, with all it parklands and multiple museums.

The facility is a very old one, and its age is showing all too obviously. We had room 7 which is a better grade of room than the standard room. All interior fabric features were dated and tired. Showers are powerful and do provide hot water, but one has to stand in the metal bath to have your shower. There was no kettle or tea making facilities in the room till the matter was raised on the final day of our stay, and a bespoke tray of tea making ingredients and a kettle was brought in. There is no phone in the room to contact the reception. The bedroom itself is quite a tight space, and it has this very dated skylight with a crude light screen which only works partially. I believe a section of the hotel has been refurbished already, and we were told room no 7 was in line for a similar refurbishment. If you are used to staying in slick and smart city hotels, this one will jar on you somewhat. At best, this hotel is living on its past glories.

Lovely location

Vegan breakfast was quite poor and my asking what is vegan in the buffet seemed to take staff by surprise even though I had requested a vegan brekkie well in advance.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean & comfortable and the location was perfect for a walk into Stockholm
