Had booked room with view. First room offered was on 3rd floor directly looking out at major traffic intersections and lake in background. They moved us to 6th floor on request but disagree that first room had view

Stort fint rum med fantastisk utsikt. Jättesköna sängar. Bra med litet kylskåp på rummet. Centralt läge nära stationen. Vänlig hjälpsam personal. Mysigt med badrock och tofflor på rummet. Prisvärt!

Hade förväntat mig lite bättre städning på ett så fint hotell. Saknades hårfön men det fixade personalen snabbt.

Trevlig personal,fint rum,god frukost och centralt läge.

Kan inte klaga på någonting.

Bott på hotellet flera gånger innan. Frukosten har blivit bättre. Fler sorters bröd, overnight oats och frukt såsom ananas, melon mm. Även ingefära och tranbärs shot

Everything. the hotel is in a very nice spot. you have a view of the lake and the town hall (if I'm not mistaken) which was illuminated when we were there. The gamla Stan is 5 minute away on foot.

check in is at 3 in the afternoon. when you have a morning flight it is difficult to wait so many hours to enter the room. Fortunately, you can leave your bags there before checking in

飛行機の到着が早朝で午前中にホテルについくことを事前にお知らせしていたため、予定通りにアーリーチェックインできたのでとてもありがたかったです。クラブフロアのスナック類やドリンクも良かったです。

最終的に返金して貰いましたが、朝食込みのプランで予約し支払済みなのにチェックアウト時にホテルから朝食代金を請求されたため支払をしました。帰国後に再確認したところ二重払いをさせられたと確信したためブッキングドットコムへメールしましたが、3回目のメールまでは同じ回答が返信されるだけで何も解決しませんでした。4回目のメールをしたあとでホテルマネージャーから連絡があり、返金するとのことで解決することが出来ました。

The location of the hotel is good but that’s about it

No room service in the evening, the bar was closed after 22.00 which is for me crazy for a five star hotel. Everything was closed after 22.00 and you couldn’t even get a glass of wine or water. The hotel in general is in a very bad shape, in need of renovation for sure.

Hôtel à deux pas de la gare, de la rue piétonne et des restaurants, il est super bien placé pour visiter la ville. Notre chambre de type « classic » était spacieuse, lit King size confortable. Vue sur la cour intérieure pas jolie mais très calme pour dormir.

Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être compris dans le prix qui est déjà assez onéreux.

We had 2 interconnected rooms and front desk staff were very helpful when our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we arrived very late. Very nice breakfast, all looked to be cooked fresh not like a lot of hotel buffets. Hotel bar very pleasant with friendly helpful staff. Concierge also very helpful suggesting local restaurants etc. The rooms were well appointed, very comfy beds and great showers, also despite being very close to the Central Station, it was very quiet with very little external noise. There was a good gym and separate women/men's sauna which we used. Fabulous location in the old town with great views and proximity to central station for the airport shuttle a big plus. Great stay, professional staff and fab location, we would definitely return.

Location - great, breakfast - excellent Room with very large bed The common areas (lobby, bar, restaurants) are beautiful.

1.These rooms are in urgent need of a renovation: ours was tired with old swollen wardrobe and swollen & flaking paint on bathroom skirting. The cleaning lady did her best, but maintenance was a real let down. It is not a Sheraton standard. 2. Upon check-in, I purchased breakfast for the entire stay and I was told I would be able to cancel if I wanted to. Next day I cancelled for the last morning because our flight was departing too early (we left the hotel at 04.00 AM). The reception staff told me I was refunded and I would receive the money in a couple of days. I have not received the funds and it has been more than a month now!

Bra läge och nära till det mesta. Mycket trevlig personal.

Rummet var nergånget och jag trodde mer av rummet när hotellet bär fem stjärnor! Jag har bott på hotell med lägre status som har fräschare rum. OBS! Det var städat och väldigt fint men det märks att det börjar bli gammalt.

Dåligt städat, verkligen inte prisvärt, dålig utsikt mot en innegård och dålig hotellfrukost för priset.

Staff were very helpful especially William! He helped me with most of what I needed during the stay. Location was perfect and easy to navigate.

There were small things - like breakfast couldve been better, elevators couldve been cleaner for a 5star hotel, also they gave us sparkling water even after we asked not to have sparkling water. But of course, no big deal - still a great place to stay.

Lite tråkigt i baren, inget drag. Ta dit ett piano och låt någon hålla låda..

The location and view were nice.

There are no sleepers in Sheraton- terrible, cold in winter in the room. Breakfasts were quite scarce: few days no fish, no potatoes, coffee machines worked not good. First room cleaning was 31 December, the windows in room left opened during the day by stuff, and evening when we come to hotel - the temperature in room was as outside, minus. Terrible. We lived 3 person, but no glass , no robe for the third one. coffee and tea on the table were not replenished.

La posizione è veramente eccezionale per raggiungere sia la stazione che il centro.

La mia camera era molto rumorosa, dal piano superiore si sentivano continuamente rumori.
