Have stayed here before and it’s a pretty nice hotel
Nothing about the hotel itself. But the breakfast wasn’t good, food was cold and I had to ask the staff to turn on the hot plates cause all the food was cold and there was no bread out for toast. Then they didn’t turn on all the hot plates so not everything was warm again after telling them. Breakfast is a big part of a hotel visit. When I informed the hotel reception there wasn’t to much of a reply.

The breakfast, the staff, the cleaning, the Spa is great but a little bit expensive for only 2 hours
The Sofa for the kids was a little bit uncomfortable and too small for 2 kids. Should be for one and with extra mattress on it.

Location was excellent
Hot water issue on Saturday and couldn’t get table in restaurant on Saturday evening as fully booked by people from outside, no residents were warned or able to book.
