Valle di Assisi Hotel & Spa

Abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda volta in questa bellissima struttura, accompagnati questa volta anche dai nostri amici, e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. Lo staff si è dimostrato, come sempre, disponibile, gentile e molto accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Susanna, che con la sua passione e professionalità riesce a rendere la degustazione un momento davvero piacevole, facendoci scoprire e apprezzare i loro vini e il loro olio. È stato bello tornare e condividere nuovamente questa esperienza. Una struttura in cui si torna sempre volentieri e che consigliamo sicuramente!

The hotel was immaculate and had a truly luxurious feel throughout. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and finished to a very high standard. The outdoor pool area was clean, peaceful, and relaxing while we were there from 2:00 pm to 4:45 pm. It did become busier with families and children later in the afternoon, but we had already enjoyed a quiet few hours. The highlight of our stay was the spa experience. We had a 5:00 pm booking and were impressed by the excellent facilities, including the steam room, sauna, salt room, and jacuzzi. The spa staff were attentive, welcoming, and made the experience even more enjoyable. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. The food was delicious, and the waiting staff were incredibly attentive throughout the evening. They were especially accommodating in adjusting the menu to cater for a gluten-free diet, which was much appreciated and made the dining experience completely stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

We had high hopes for breakfast, especially as our evening meal in the restaurant had been so enjoyable. Unfortunately, breakfast didn't live up to the same standard. The selection and overall quality were disappointing, and the service felt lacking. While there were plenty of staff present, they spent much of the time chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to guests. As a result, breakfast was the only part of our stay that didn't meet our expectations.

The location was perfect, the view from the pool was exceptional and the staff were extremely helpful!

The location and grounds were great. The food was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is no individual temperature control in the rooms and no independent air conditioning. The shutters are not block out, so it gets light in the morning. There was a thick film of dust on the headboard above the bed.
