I love the view.

I don’t like the cleaner that works there because I left my sweater and eye cover and they insist it’s not there as if I misplaced it somewhere else.

Location could be better.

Parking not accessible for handicap. Need new shower towels.

I liked the apartment in general. It was a nice setting and also clean.

Parking isn't great I ended up getting a parking ticket. The heaters in the house don't work well, it was cold.

very bad hygiene, the bathroom was disgusting, the house stank, the shower had little water, it was very difficult to find parking and I even got a ticket, when I arrived I couldn't find the apartment they took a while to answer me, and the bed was broken

The service attitude is extremely poor, the rotten smell in the house makes people dizzy, the bathroom is constantly leaking, the smoke alarm will suddenly go off and the noise cannot be stopped.

All my stuff got stolen while I was away. No one should stay here

The location is good and the parking was pretty easy.

We couldn't find the house, as it's set way back. The instructions could ne better, and the Google maps link provided was incorrect. It pointed to a different house up the street. We had to just wander up driveways until we found it. The check-in email also stated an incorrect unit number; which is unhelpful. It said 967 1/2 but it's really 967. That was confusing. Also, it was in the 40's at night and the heat doesn't work. Only one of the two space heaters were working, so we were pretty cold. There also wasn't any soap in the bathroom.

House was very clean

There was only 1 window AC for the whole apartment, it was very hot . The electricity went out on the 2ed night for over 5 hours . My family ended up having to leave our stay early when the electricity went off for the 2ed time , I had a 6 day old baby an it was just too hot . Unfortunately I decided to go with this booking instead of a hotel because it was about a hundred dollars cheaper an in the end it cost me more having to leave early an get a hotel on top of what I already paid . Booking said give them 24 hours to resolve this an it's been 4 days with no response, I don't like giving bad reviews but I would not recommend this booking .

Location was great and had a great view of downtown. Close to all major points of interest.

1. Amenities said heating. But having one working space heater is insufficient to heat up the apartment. Please be straightforward about what the apartment has and hasn't. Kim 2. Furniture was lackluster. 3 of the 4 chairs were crooked, blinds were broken in both rooms. 3. Having cockroaches is completely unacceptable. 4. The apartment was dirty. To the point that there was mold built up in the coffee maker.

there was not plenty of parking. we got ticketed because we didn’t know about street cleaning on Thursday and Friday. the apartment was clean enough, the shower head was broken and the AC was a portable unit that would leak every once in a while. for the price it was a decent stay and we’d probably rent again for our next game trip.

I received a message prior to checking in with the code for the lock box for the key and the Wi-Fi password. We were not able to enter the house the first night because the code that I was given for the lockbox was incorrect, so I’m assuming that the Wi-Fi password was incorrect as I was not able to connect. I was told that I could not be refunded or discounted for my first night that I had to pay extra to stay in a hotel because the reservation was already on. Also the refrigerator froze all of our food.
