Fijne douche
Bij het ontbijt waren veel schalen leeg
Er was maar 1 persoon aan het werk dus begrijpelijk

Kamer was zeer proper en ruim. Koffie en water was voorzien.

Location was ideal in my case .
The layout of the rooms was more akin of a Rabbits Burrow than a safely designed hotel . Access and route to the rooms through narrow passage with short stairs up and down .

Alles was perfect in orde!

Preferi comprar frutas e suco no supermercado.

Easy check in, receptionist spoke to us slowly and clearly. Nice room, great location, yummy breakfast and check out as well easy. Perfect for a couple of nights, the location is great!
There seemed to be a smell of sewer throughout the hotel at times and in the room, however opening the windows for a bit quickly eased it, nothing major that bothered.

Leonardo Hotel was close to the train station and lovely restaurants. The studio room was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly. We loved how close the hotel was to the attractions especially the shops, the cathedral and Grote markt.

The location was pretty nice. It was close to most restaurants and shops in the city center, so there's always something to do.
When we got there on the check-in date, the receptionist told us that that the check-in time was at 3pm. Though we got there a little early, the tone used wasn't really appreciated, especially when the message said that sometimes an early check-in is possible after 12pm. We were basically told to "read the email better", when the email clearly stated 2pm.
When we finally got there closer to 3pm, we were told that the room wasn't ready yet and were asked if we wanted another room instead, which had to be "emergency cleaned". We were forced to wait another hour-and-a-half in the lobby with all of our baggage, but at least the receptionist was nice enough to offer us a few drinks on the house as an apology.
Sadly, things didn't end there. The room was a 2 floor room. The bottom floor had no air conditioning and the shower door wouldn't close for some reason, no matter how hard we tried (open-door showers were a thing for those two days). The "air condition unit" on the second floor was just air from a ventilation shaft, which was unbearably loud.
Furthermore, one day into our two-day stay, we found out that the upstairs bed had bed bugs in it. The two family members upstairs would wake up every day with nasty bed bug bites that itched like crazy with no mosquitos in sight. It wasn't until the next day that one of the two people sleeping upstairs found one of the culprits, dead on the sheets followed by a tiny trail of blood (a photo will be added to show said scene).
While we paid 275 euros for a two night stay at this place and didn't really expect the world of the Leonardo Hotel, our experience made us wish that we'd scooped an extra 200 euros on top of that price for a somewhat more decent experience somewhere else. All of the aforementioned problems could have been ignored, but the bed bugs issue is a major health concern.

The location.
Room is very to fit in 2 people with their suitcases and at night the room was not dark due to the curtains not closing correctly. The bathroom was also a bit small.

Great location and it was clean. Very cool design.
The air conditioning didn't work, since it leaked. They told us they would fix it, but they didn't, so they turned it off. Also, the shampoo and soap ran out fast, we asked for more, but they gave us another one that wasn't completely full or new, so it ran out fast for the second time.
Also, we could hear everything from our room.

Room was comfortable with good bed. Was surprised that towels whilst adaquate didn't really meet 4 * expectations. Need upgrading. Hotel exterior undergoing repairs so we were offered free breakfast as our room was affected- receptionist was helpful when we declined this as wanted to have a window that opened and be away from that side. A room on the other side was made available. Overall staff were very helpful but hotel had limited number of staff on to deal with any queries and at checkout times.
Not 4*.Very little space in main area of hotel- felt very cramped and needed to walk through breakfast area to one of the lifts. Area outside this lift was in need of refurbishment. Main dislike was that terrace outside hotel wasn't swept once in four days and as ashtrays removed early in evening there was a lot of debris. In a busy area this was unacceptable for a 4* hotel-assume it's rating was because there was a fitness area and a lift (didn't use either so cannot comment)

I had an excellent stay in the hotel. The only small problem I had was that the girls on reception were so attractive that I sometimes had difficulty concentrating on what they were saying to me.
Mr. Reubens had scheduled some work on his house during my stay so I was not able to visit to admire his paintings as I normally do.

Was a last-minute booking due to missed trains... Reception was still open at midnight, checkin was easy, room was great, fit for purpose.

Was clean, spacious rooms for family. Friendly staff, good location.
Breakfast was ok, one part which I didn’t like was that the juice was diluted with water.

Very convenient location. Close to the station, the convention center, and many restaurants in the area. The room was super nice.

Location, cleaniness and great facilities.
We arrived just before midnight. The night staff was so rude and unwelcoming, and I felt judged by the way he spoke to me. No 'Hello' just 'Do you have your passports!' I was with my husband and two daughters, first time in Belgium and not a pleasant start. Next morning, a totally different experience from the staff and exactly what I had read in previous reviews. They were so welcoming and just lovely every time we walked past reception.

The room was comfortable and location is great, across the road from the main train station and at the beginning of the main shopping streets.
Is was a little noisy from the street below, we were only on the first floor.

Location very close to the Central train station, the zoo, and the diamond quarter. About a 15-20min walk to the old town. It's useful that it has its own carpark, although a very tight squeeze (I wouldn't recommend for inexperienced or unconfident drivers). The room had good space, especially in the bedroom upstairs, and nice views. The breakfast was okay, and not too crowded. Helpful staff.
No towels on arrival (reception brought them up for us). The bathroom door wouldn't shut, and the toilet door needed oiling (very loud when trying not to wake family in the night). Basin, but no soap dispenser or towel hook in the toilet. The lights in the entrance and toilet could not be controlled, they were on some sort of movement sensor which would also we triggered whenever people passed in the hallway outside our room! The aircon was only in the bedroom upstairs, so downstairs stayed quite hot,
