Hotel Svanen, Stays & BW Signature Collection

Basic but clean and spacious room for two. The beds were good and bathroom clean. The breakfast was good and staff friendly. Location within walking distance from Legoland.

The car park was quite wet after rainshowers and our room's windows got a bit wet inside. It did not bother us much.

Das Abendbuffet war eine Enttäuschung und der Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

We had a really pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was a definite highlight — a great selection, clearly labelled allergens and gluten-free bread available, which was a big plus for us. The hotel itself has clearly been around for a while and is a little past its prime, but honestly, that’s part of its charm. 😊The location is fantastic if you’re visiting Billund — both LEGOLAND and Lego House are within walking distance. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The staff were great. Especially Jan at reception.

The price quality ratio is totally out of sync. It’s more like a roadside motel in the US than a 4 star hotel. The staff might be 4 star but the rest is 2. No safe no air con. Old shower curtain. Dreadful smell in the bathroom and the breakfast is almost inedible. Charging 400 euro a night and claiming to be 4* is ridiculous. Either modify the price or sort out the accommodation.
