Good location - not far from city center and the King palace, Metro station is also near hotel. Breakfast was great! very delicious! very comfortable bed

A good place to stay for a solo traveler. My room was a bit small but since I traveled alone I had plenty of space. If you have big suitcases and more than one suitcase perhaps it might feel a bit more cramped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. The location is quite nice as well, about a 30min walk to the central station which allows you to walk past the royal palace and the big park along with the main shopping street.

Was it entierly worth the price I paid? Probably not. Was this partly my own fault for booking the hotel quite late when most other places were fully booked? Most likely. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

The room was well-equipped and the bed comfortable.

Housekeeping service- coffee first thing in the morning is critical. Even after leaving a note, housekeeping failed to replenish coffee each day.

Comfy bed, good location

The waiter at breakfast was rude and threatening beyond belief. He told me rudely to get up mid breakfast on Day 1 and move to a different table, without helping to move my breakfast or being in any way friendly or polite. The next day he kept starring at me at breakfast, was rude to incoming guests looking for a table, and chased me out of the breakfast room shouting at me and threatening me, telling me not to come back, for having taking a small piece of bread for my subsequent 6h bus journey with me. Certainly, I have never experienced any behaviour like this, no form of friendliness or hospitality from this waiter, just utter rudeness. He should not work in this sector. I will absolutely not come back, not because he told me (unbelievably), but because I don't pay to be shouted at and feel threatened in a hotel stay. I complained about him at checkout and sincerely hope my severe complaint was handled with him.

Nice Location. Not too crowded. Very close to Tram and easy access to City Center within 15 minutes. Included breakfast is really good. Room size is good. Worth for money

The room was clean and the room size was ok. The beds were comfortable. The location is easy to reach as well. It has a lounge for drinks that was nice as well.

The coffee machine in the lounge was broken couple of times, so we couldnt use the lounge which was disappointing. The breakfast was cold even for items that should be served warm like scrambeled egg or fried mashrooms etc. The breakfast options used to be very great, but this time we were there and it was a downgrade. Compared to the price, I expectdd better service.

Great location with shops, restaurants and bars, great public transportation around, very clean room - was cleaned everyday, the staff on the front desk was helpful, great breakfast for everyone

Rooms are very small, the bathroom is tiny.
