Clean and comfy
The bathroom door lock was broken, we got the balcony room but the view was blocked because of the construction and we couldn’t even open the curtains. The in room dining timings were not practical

Location is great
Construction was happening around the property and though not in the control of the hotel, it was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing to sleep in after a long day out. The bathroom was also quite uncomfortable to use with the shower head placed inside the bath tub.

Amazing location, clean and super comfortable rooms. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Nice overall hotel with location, facilities
The staff made me go into a scenario where I ended up entering another person's room as they gave the same key the think of 1218 which was already allocated to other guest
I want entire 2 night refunds otherwise I will escalate it to the highest level
This was worst 2 minutes in entire travel I ever did in my complete 41 years of life
Don't give the refund - see the consequences 🙏
