The location is really great if you stay here as a tourist. It's child friendly and young kids stay for free.

The whole hotel has a quite old feel to eat, but it's been maintained ok. One of the guys at the Concierge was quite rude and not helpful at all. The local food at the breakfast food didn't really impressive.

Location - next to centerpoint mall. You can walk 50 meters to enter centerpoint and from there you can walk to orchard central and orchard gateway and Somerset 313. Very easy to get to MRT. The hotel room is big and very comfortable. Hotel is clean and well manage. Staff are helpful. Breakfast has a good spread

I like it the first time i stayed here it was so nice snd everything was perfect

Now after just 2 months of my last visit the facilities become so old and not functioning well. The bathroom was all clogged (sink and bathtub) even after changing room for my extended days. Ugh so inconvenient.

It is centrally located and offers excellent connectivity via metro and MRT. Most of the iconic Singapore sites are nearby.

It is a 4-star property but the age shows - especially the interiors. Also the breakfast hall is smaller than ideal as it got crowded every morning.

The room was very clean with a lovely big bathroom. The room also had ‘night lighting’ available which was great for our kids. A highlight was the swimming pool - it was just beautiful. We thought the breakfast selection was excellent and the hotel supported our request for some extra gluten free options (my daughter and I both have Coeliac disease). They really surpassed my expectations, bringing us warmed gluten free bread and the most delicious pancakes each morning. It was just lovely. They also had gluten free pasta available.

Great location close to trains that enabled us to get around the city easily. Lots of excellent food options close by. We were there during the Grand Prix so the hotel was significantly more expensive than normal. At the normal room rate it is a great hotel option. The pool areas is also much better than the photos show.

Very friendly and supportive staff, Very clean room and bathroom, the hotel located in a quiet and highlighted area with shopping malls and MRT access. Restaurant staff is very active and quick & served with a smile.

Breakfast is ok but the problem is with the menu. Its same menu everyday. for example all 4 days there was only 'chicken rise porridge'. Bakery items same, Indian food items same. Not even single dish changed any day. Its a n disadvantage when select for long stay.

Excellent location - stayed during the F1 weekend. The Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our 5 night stay a fabulous one.

The location of the hotel was truly outstanding. The concierge desk staff were not only friendly but also exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with our needs and guiding us. This contributed to an overall positive vibe and atmosphere in the area, enhancing our overall experience.

The one aspect that slightly confused me during our stay was the presence of two very small pieces of garbage in our room. Surprisingly, despite the otherwise satisfactory cleanliness of the bathroom and beds, these particles remained in the same spots throughout our stay. I still can't figure out why this happened, was the carpet not cleaned daily? Otherwise everything was cleaned and well maintained in the room.

We ended up with a room above the loading dock- trucks idling, reversing sounds and general vehicle noise kept us awake through the night.

Rooms were fine. Excellent breakfast buffet were decent variety. Kids loved the large swimming pool. Located in a decent area with close access to MRT plus local convenience store and laundry facilities.

One of the staff, called Mr.Lerwan, did the payment wrongly. Originally, he was a bell boy and served as a receptionist. He blocked the payment partially. When I went to checkout. They asked me to complete the other payment part or refund the previous partially payment, which will take long time to be refunded. As a result, the payment took long time to be completed and make me confused.

Excellent Location.

1. Rate is higher than the closest HI central and both locations are in central SG. 2. The rate of the HI central location even include breakfast and has washing machines. Hence, this hotel is expensive. 3. Elliptical or the zero gravity walker does not work for my 12 days stay. Very disappointing. 4. I was told by one night manager that the gym closes at 10pm while there’s a sign said that it’s opened 24 hours. The challenge is that I need to go through the entrance drop to the swimming pool to get to the gym, and the door to the swimming pool closes at 10pm (although again the sign said it closes at 11pm). Luckily the guard on duty asked me to call front desk n ask him to open the swimming pool door for me.
