Modern MUJI inspirer style. The minimalist design, warm colours, cleanliness and simple yet comfortable furnishings create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The overall look stylish, fresh and welcoming while still maintaining cozy feel. Excellent Service Staff are friendly especially Mazlinda & Shima (front office), F&B - Amir Khan, indonesian lady (breakfast) & Fazani/Fizani (Dinner time), Bell boy that on duty 26/9 & 28/9 and housekeeping staff - room 8211, 8212, 8209 & 8206 level (26/9 - 28/9). Hope the hotel will maintain & sustain the great service and great staff.

Reception : was smooth cause i made all the payment before check in… Staff were also friendly and professional included the security guards.. Rooms : spacious…mattress n bedsheets also clean n no stain…n comfortable enough for my family Breakfast : many choices n all fresh….quite delicious… Beach and pool also kids friendly…we enjoyed so much this time

Room : i dont like the carpet because it was hard n have sharp edges when i step on it…i think should have change to quite soft carpet… The floor at the balcony was dirty with bird shit n insects…need to wear slipper…. I found used coffee capsules in the coffee machine from the previous resident…i think the housekeeper didnt checked properly… Breakfast….hashbrown was soggy n maybe it was served too early or reheat…i took chicken rendang n it still raw…can see the blood coming through the chicken… Coffee also not really hit my taste compared my previous stay
