We chose a hotel that has access to the beach and the sea (it's unusual that you are on an island, and there is almost nowhere to swim in the city). But on the very first day, as we arrived, they said that you can’t swim - jellyfish (in mid-February). Keep this in mind) The hotel is big but not new. The room was clean, the bed linen was fresh, but the furniture was a little "tired", as was the overall design of the hotel. The hotel itself is located away from the city center, surrounded by a golf park, next to the marina, from where it is very convenient to get to the islands. This is a great option for 3-4 days, but maybe not longer.

I been charged twice.. contacted the hotel for explanation. Intill now 4 days passed, no feedback from the hotel.

Room, location and pool area in front of beach

Beach was dirty (full of plastics)… and staff was not that active. We could see 5 or 6 staff members together just talking while they could be doing useful things.

Lots of activities, 3 resorts in one place, great breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staffs, private beach, great location and ocean view.

No free bus shuttle to all the hot spots in town, rooms could do with a bit of update and lobby air conditioner is not cool enough.

Excellent Bed clothes, pillows and mattresses.

Some front office and serving staff at the restaurant need to be more genuine and responsive.

They gave us early check in at 9AM. The breakfast was very good. Friendly & helpful staff makes our stay very relaxing.
