Nothing to not like - we have stayed there many times in the past, and hopefully will continue to do so.

Great shopping malls. Nice view. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Great location.

Shower panel that has risk to overturn from left to right and cause water to drop from overhead Shower.

Overall was good! We have stayed here few times over the last few years and never disappointed. We encouraged other guests to check in to this hotel whenever you travel to KL.

Closet was leaking, power points not working, unable to reach housekeeping and front desk from the room intercom. The safe was not working and had ti be replaced, not enough staff

Love that Midvalley shopping town was right there. Food court was just a level below the entrance. Grab stop in front of hotel.
