Breakfast finished very fast as the replenishment was slow

Location was good

When we got to the hotel, we quickly noticed the rooms weren't clean. The first room had a bathroom that smelled really bad, like pee. We told the hotel staff, and they were nice enough to move us to another room. But then, that second room had this annoying noise all the time, like someone was vacuuming non-stop, so sleeping was tough.Also, the Wi-Fi was pretty bad, which was another downside. And even though the beds looked okay, they were actually hard and not comfy at all. We noticed the toilet wasn't clean either; it had stains.The breakfast was just okay, nothing special, but I guess that's alright since the room was only RM150+. But really, when you're staying at a hotel, you want it to be clean and comfortable, and this place wasn't.

The room I selected was spacious.

The TV wasn’t good, the floor was very dirty, but camouflaged by the dark colour flooring. The shower was horrible, the water pressure was frantic so was the temperature of the water. Though it was kept at warm selection, cold water would appear every now and then disrupting the bath!!

Room cleanliness. Although the hotel is old, it is very clean. The room did not have the 'old' smell. Staffs also very friendly.

No shower curtain resulting in the bathroom floor became very wet after shower.

The location is great, right at the middle of town. The family room is spacious, fit us nicely the party of 3. Hot water and pressure working weĺl

Though the bed is comfy but it's on the floor like japanese style. My elder family having hard time to get up. The AC wasn't working at first, I guess we didn't get it done rightly. However the manager is responsive to check on us and solved the problem. Once it's working, it's super cold. And the blanket is just thin fleece fabric. I was shivering the whole night. The mini fridge wasn't working either. The manager is aware Mineral water and 3 in 1 coffee is available in the room but no tea 😔 Very decent selection for breakfast but can be improve. Perhaps brown bread for toast option? Will be nice to have name tag on the buffet instead of guessing what's inside. And they don't top up the food. I feel bad for the people who came later.

The hotel was so good Clean The staff was friendly Price Include breakfast. The room has a bath tub and the price is cheap

The location was perfect for all my business meet up with ease
