Radisson Hotel Kaunas

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at the Radisson Kaunas. It's an easy 20-minute drive from Kaunas International Airport and perfectly situated in the city centre. Major attractions, including the Devil’s Museum and the Vytautas the Great War Museum, are within walking distance. You can also reach the charming Old Town and the iconic Kaunas Castle on foot in about 20 to 30 minutes - or simply hop on a direct bus from the Gedimino stop right outside the hotel. The service was top-tier. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring everything from a full English breakfast to continental options, complete with a wonderful selection of cheeses, pastries, and fresh fruit. Although our room was on the smaller side, it was cozy, spotlessly clean, and refreshed regularly. A thoughtful touch we especially appreciated was the hydration station on our floor, which offered room-temperature, ice-cold, and sparkling water for guests to refill their bottles freely. In a nutshell, if you're visiting Kaunas for a weekend getaway or a short trip, this is without a doubt the place to stay!

Low ceiling, small bathroom. Not the best option in Kaunas by price/quality option.

The hotel is centrally located, making it very easy to reach Liberty Avenue and the surrounding areas. Our room was spotless, and when we requested extra towels and a bath mat, they were delivered immediately. The breakfast was brilliant, with plenty of choices—we had no complaints. Overall, Kaunas is a beautiful city that exceeded our expectations!

Ausstattung des Zimmers mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Fernseher u.a. Frühstück recht gut Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Laisves al., der belebten Hauptfußgängerzone, fast um die Ecke, die Altstadt allerdings rund 15 Gehminuten entfernt

Das gebuchte Einzelzimmer hatte zwar ein angenehm breites Bett, war ansonsten aber arg klein und beengt, das Badezimmer auch eher klein. Vom Zimmer hat man auf eine nahe gegenüberliegende Wand geblickt. Keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit - dies mag in den Doppelzimmern anders sein, ebenso der Blick. Bei gekipptem Fenster waren recht viele Raser in Autos und auf Motorrädern hörbar - ein für mich unerwartetes, aber leider weit verbreitetes Problem in litauischen Städten.
