We liked the room, breakfast and location. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very near shopping areas. Accessible by any type of transportation.

Walking to and from the street level to the hotel lobby. Very difficult for persons with mobility disabilities, children in strollers and senior citizens

This hotel is perfect! The room size, bed, towels and the staff are accommodating! Perfect location if you want to shop at platinum.

i think i stayed at Amari more than 5 times now! i keep choosing it knowing how cool and helpful the staff is, during my stay this time they were so helpful in lobby and room service and i would for sure come back to the hotel

Breakfast and location was good.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping experience fell well below expectations. On two consecutive days, I had to contact hotel services because the small towels had not been replaced after the room was serviced. Having to repeatedly follow up on such a basic housekeeping requirement was disappointing. In addition, the pillows were in very poor condition—extremely flat and uncomfortable—and clearly not at the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. These may seem like small details, but they have a significant impact on the overall guest experience and should be addressed.
