Beautiful views over Patong Beach and positioned away from the noise of Patong. The rooms we booked was spacious and charming.

The hotel provides excellent security staff to try to stop the traffic so you can cross the road to the beach and restaurants but it is not for the feint-hearted. The hotel has a slightly neglected feel probably a result of the pandemic.

Le petit déjeuner était très qualitatif. Beaucoup de choix. La piscine avec la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Possibilité de prendre des verres autour de la piscines. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous avions une chambre avec un balcon vue sur mer. Très propre.

Les prix des restaurants de l’hôtel un peu chers. Sinon tout était parfait

relaxed, tranquil, well spaced out accommodation and outside areas, great prices on food and drinks, shuttle service was constant and reliable. nothing too much trouble. Spa experience was exceptional.

nothing to dislike. we were aware of how many steps to negotiate so this did not come as any surprise.

Restaurant prices are a little costly and food was missing flavour. There was some maintenance construction going on by the pool making noise during the days.

There were many beautiful greenery in the surroundings which made the environment very relaxing for a vacation. Walking to Patong shopping centre took 15 minutes was acceptable. The reception and housekeeping staff were very polite and helpful.

The provision of free morning stretching or yoga classes was good. However, the class no. limited to 4 persons only was a bit too small.

Location was excellent, resort facilities were many, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We got a complementary fruit basket and the suite was spacious. A very big thanks goes to “Njoy” from the activities desk, who went above and beyond.

Cleanliness isn’t a big yes honestly, though our requests were never denied, but still.. even the suite needed more cleaning and care.

Location on a steep hill with hundreds of steps , Response from reception for problems like no umberella in the room on arrival and no umberellas available despite torrential rain confining me to the room and being advised to got to a 7-11 and buy myself a rain coat , on my wifes arrival 1 day after my checking in it took 3 phone calls and a visit to our room by a staff member as we tried to get her suitcase delivered to the room. After 2.5 hrs waiting I went to reception and fetched it myself. On 2 occasions we did not get our room cleaned or amenities refreshed despite several phone calls and being informed the cleaners are on theyre way. Breakfast cooked food not hot enough. Would not return or reccomend this property.
